Joe and Jason serviced (annual flush) our tankless water heater. They were on time (called first), very professional, friendly and easy going.

I needed repair fast and Emory came to the rescue quickly and professionally. The office scheduled the appointment with ease. The same day service promptly came at the expected time. Carlos inspected the problem and gave suggestions for the possible complications that might occur. Either way with confidence he reassured me he could complete the job and he did! Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.

He was excellent in terms of customer service, knowledge & skill base. He arrived promptly and made the repair for a very reasonable price. We have been pleased with his work. I would highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a 1-3pm visit, they called at 12:45pm and were there by 1pm. They did good, clean work. They explained everything really well and weren't pushy when I said I'd wait to have certain things fixed. Howard was our service guy and he was great!

I chose Perry because they were recommended by my HOA. I didn't know they were so crazy expensive. They wanted to charge me almost $300 to change a toilet handle! I could buy a whole new toilet for that.They said these were the usual fees from the Plumbers Code Book, but didn't have any way for me to see this book. Toilet handles are $8 at Amazon or Ace and take10 minutes to install. They also charged almost another $300 to snake a sink 15 feet. I suppose that they do good work - they should at these prices.

From the beginning of the process when Carlos (who sold me even though his bid wasn't the lowest ) came out to give me a bid to the final process when Matt came out to do the final inspection I have been extremely pleased with their service, product and follow through. Also, hats off to Connor and Wyatt on the install. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From the beginning they were all very professional and responsive to our concerns. Our heater has never worked this well in the 16 years we’ve lived here. Their was additional work needed which was covered within the initial estimate. I will be calling them and recommending them in the future.

Great experience!!! Very professional!! I called Joe Sat afternoon, he was available early Sun morning. Not only did he arrive early, he followed all Covid safety protocols, which was appreciated! He repaired my toilet, showed me what he did and how it was working. I highly recommend!!!!

I will never do business with him again.Can't unclog bathroom sink told me to call a professional plumber.I'm a very reputable person and he is unprofessional, very unsavory person.I have pictures of his damage that he's caused but this is all the effort I'm going to give that ill mannered person.
