Overall experience was great. Sink back up issue was detected and fixed. Dashawn was super thorough and made sure the issue was really fixed before leaving and even was able to identify and fix another issue that we weren’t aware of previously. Mauricio was very professional and straight forward. He told me the inexpensive way first and if that didn’t work, then it would be the full price.

My Technian arrived on time, and introduced himself as Aaron. I explained my problem, Aaron asked some questions, and looked over my system. He then explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. He then explained how my poorly functioning water softener was impacting the pipes in my home. He gave me a lot of information to help me make some decisions on what to do. Over all, I was very pleased with his service!

Our installer (Jonathan) did an excellent job installing our new water heater. He fixed a lot of the issues with the original install of the previous water heater, I was very impressed with his attention to detail and he didn't hesistate to answer any questions I had for him. Though the total cost was more than I had hoped to spend, the price was fair and the shower is fixed...today! I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and service I received from Carlos with Carini Heating, Air, and Plumbing! My AC unit was not working and within second of Carlos looking at the unit, he was able to diagnose the problem and have it up and running before he left. My girlfriends parents were coming to town and it was my first time meeting them, and sure enough my shower drain AND my toilet were clogged for unknown reasons. (My gf now knows to not put q-tips down the drain) Called WestPro and the gentleman arrived within 30 mins and even with the deep clog, was able to have it fixed in 10mins. Much appreciated because her dad's a pretty intimidating guy and all I needed was plumbing issues to get in the way of making a good first impression! Highly recommend for great service, rates, and for professionalism.

Leo and his team have done multiple jobs(large and small) for our personal home and rental. They're quick to respond and honest about their recommendations to get the job done. I've worked with larger companies in the past and they have all been slower and much more expensive to do the same work. They will also come out quickly if there are any issues that occur after. I recommend them highly!
