Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. He was well prepared for the job and we had no leaks during the process. He also tested it before you left to make sure there were no leaks. Thank you Fox!

1st Response = NO ResponseLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

They did a temporary placement of my hot water heater so restoration could do some cleanup. Very professional and prompt.

We put in a quote request throught their online form. They called us 5 minutes later to schedule the service call, the customer service person was super nice and answered our questions.After the came to our home, they provided us with a scope of work which we approved and by the end of the day they were all done. Cass plumbing has been great to work with. They have been able to service our plumbing needs for our apartment complex and our home. Reasonable prices, on time and quick. Other companies had quoted over $500 to replace a drain line. Cass got in and out parts labor for $285. A long standing San Diego company. Great Service.

Alberto was amazing! He came out to remove my compressor so I could have a new concrete slap installed on the side of my house. He took great care to wrap/protect the refrigeration lines so that they wouldn't get damaged or dirty when the new concrete was being poured. Alberto returned a few weeks later to re-install my compressor after the new concrete slap was finished. Again, he was very careful to make sure that he didn't scratch or damage the new fresh concrete. Working with numerous contractors throughout my project, Alberto was by far the friendliest and most professional contractor out of all of them.

Marco came out to my business and installed a tankless water heater. he came out when we scheduled the appointment and he installed it in a couple of hours. He removed the old tank water heater wich was leaking and made the modifications to the plumbing to fit the new tankless water heater.Supper happy with the service and highly recomend Village Plumbing.
