Best plumbing business I've run across yet. We had a waterfall under the house due to a u joint crack under the shower. It was in a really tight space and unless you were tiny, you couldn't get in without either cutting pipe or flooring. A competitor company quoted us $2,800. Elite Rooter did it for a fraction of that quote and did it without cutting anything! Devin and Carlos are very professional, knowledgeable and tells it how it is. No bs. Just straight forward talk with no hidden costs. Choose them, you won't regret it.

Ryan did an excellent job of replacing main water shutoff valves, washing machine shutoffs and hoses, and a toilet tank fill valve. He was quick and efficient and left everything clean. It is a pleasure to have him work in my home.

Horrible, do not use!!! The $54 clean out coupon turns into $385.00. Said they could not do anything with out removing the toilet, which cost an additional $385.00 for 10 minutes’ worth of work. Called another and cleaned without any issues. Rooter solutions only wants to up sale everything.

We had a technician come out, take the cover off and fix the problem in less than two hours. The service was great, the cleanup was better and I will always call them for all my plumbing needs!

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.

We were recently looking to purchase a home in SD and John Padilla Plumbing saved us several times by checking plumbing heating and air prior to purchase. Once we found the right home, JPP performed the needed repairs and were prompt, courteous, and very skilled. We will be getting a tankless water heater soon and they will be the ones we use for this and future projects!

5 star service. Legacy came to install my new dishwasher. It was missing a critical part even though brand new. They told me no problem and went to Home Depot to get the part. They also made sure it was exactly how I wanted it centered and placed before the final installation. Great rates and great service.
