Sink was clogged. Received excellent service from Alex. He went above and beyond to address the issue and took all the steps necessary to clear the blockage. I am very happy with the service Alex provided and will be coming back with any plumbing issues in the future.

AC unit condensation drain clogged and leaked through two floors of my house. Dealt with both the AC and plumbing sides of the company. Neither appeared to communicate with each other. After one week and four different reps coming out to look/diagnose/repair the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything and there was no visual sign of water/moisture. ServPro came out later in the day with a moisture meter. Moisture all throughout my walls and ceiling in the area. Walls are being torn out now. Will not do business with Anderson again. Way too difficult, confusing to coordinate as a front end customer.

Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

Michael is personable, friendly and very willing to answer questions. He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I felt like he really cared, especially when he cleaned up and put everything back in the room where the water heater was. I would HIGHLY recommend his company.

Anthony D. was the service technician that came to check on our furnace today. He was professional, friendly and prompt. The time window was from 10-12, and he arrived just after 10 and was finished by 11. He also called to give me a heads-up fifteen minutes before his arrival. He did not try to sell me parts or services we didn't need, and was great at explaining the HVAC system workings in simple language so I could understand. First experience with O & J Plumbing this weekend. All positive. Called at 0630 and made appointment for 0930. They were on time. Omar is extremely professional, answered all my questions and completed the repair in 30 minutes. Definately keeping their business card.

NON-EXISTENT SERVICEI called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...
