Josh at PIC plumbing was sent to me from Sears Home Warranty. Sears is the worst service ever, but Josh was beyond professional and courteous and was wonderful about the entire process. He quickly detected the problem and gave me all the details of what he needed to do. He did a quick fix before Sears authorized the job to stop the leak from damaging my walls and floor even further. He always answered my call and came exactly when he said he would. Cassandra at the main office was also very pleasant and kind. I will definitely use PIC plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for your work and patience!

Great Work. I had them scheduled to show up between 9am and noon and they arrived about 9:30 which was great. Their technician, Zac was excellent. He asked informed questions, explained my options for my giant pipe clog and recommended some cheap maintenance for later. If you can find better service and techs, good luck. The bill was reasonable and Zac did a great job in alleviating the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and CLEAN. They will have my business in the future (but hopefully not too soon ;)

After having massive problems with my home warranty company at the same time that I had a water heater leaking water in my house I was able to call Bill Howe plumbing and was treated exceptionally well, they responded immediately, and saved the day. My home warranty company felt it was OK to schedule a plumbing diagnostic visit next week. Five days away with no hot water and a leaking tank in my house was not acceptable. I called Bill Howe plumbing because so many of my peers in real estate shared with me how nice they were to work with and how fair they were with their pricing. Not only do I have hot water but we have a high level of confidence that the entire job was done exceptionally well. Everyone I interfaced with at this company gave above average customer service. They identified the problem, fixed it, and kept me well informed throughout the process.
