My tenant in Orange county thought there was leak in the house because she heard the sound of water dropping. All Star came and told my tenant the sound was probably from within the pipe . Few days later my tenant called me again. so this time I tried to get second opinion, Pristine Plumbing was called in. They probably could have told us the same thing in short time, instead they spent hours checking, then told us there is no leaking but came up a list of repair and charged me a few hundred $ for checking. The repair list would cost me about $1800. One item is that my pressure regulator needs be replaced with a big one. The regulator is same as other 200 or so homes in the community and that regulator has been used for about 30 years. Allstar does business with honest!

They began working and always maintained safety precautions.I had purchased a disposal that caused extra work and time for them, but they came up with a solution, created new piping and completed the work as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about Almco! I met Paul by chance as he was the plumber sent by my home warranty company for a gas leak shortly after we bought our new home years ago. Paul showed up within 2 hours (the service window was 24 hrs) and fixed the problem immediately, which was expected. Get Rooter came out and gave me a price for installing a new water regulator that was $700 less than another plumbing service's estimate. The serviceman also accurately diagnosed that a fill valve was causing noise in my water pipes which the other company didn't. Although they had to come out two more times to correct installation errors, they did so quickly. I don't know why there was such a disparity between the two companies' costs, but I will definitely contact Get Rooter again if I have another issue in the future. Thank you, Andrew.

At the same time, the dishwasher and washing machine broke down the next day. Since I have a large family for me, this is a critical failure of the plumbing that has knocked us out of a normal household existence. The technicians from this company came, all lucidly explained and helped to quickly solve the problem with the washing machine (there were slight problems with the strap that slept). With the dishwasher, the diagnosis took about an hour because of the difficulties with the motor, I was shown it and the degree of its heating, explained that it is the wear of the part that needs to be urgently replaced. The new part was in their spare in their van, so another half hour later I got a working dishwasher! I did not even expect that you can repair two units of equipment in one day for normal prices. I recommend to repair the equipment from them, it really is a guarantee of fast and high-quality service for the house.

These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

There was a leak in my ceiling. We had no idea where it was coming from. Turns out there was a small crack in the pipe in the master bathroom that was the culprit. I was impressed with the professionalism and meticulous nature of the Pro Plumbers San Diego as the searched for the leak. The repair was more intensive than I was expecting, but they did everything that they could to make this process as painless as possible.

Amazing service. They were quick and efficient. The job size was huge but they handle the work.

I chose Perry because they were recommended by my HOA. I didn't know they were so crazy expensive. They wanted to charge me almost $300 to change a toilet handle! I could buy a whole new toilet for that.They said these were the usual fees from the Plumbers Code Book, but didn't have any way for me to see this book. Toilet handles are $8 at Amazon or Ace and take10 minutes to install. They also charged almost another $300 to snake a sink 15 feet. I suppose that they do good work - they should at these prices.
