My parents called Mr. Rooter for a drain clearing service with Jose Lopez. There was a discrepancy with the pricing of which my parents apologized and had the price adjusted based off of a coupon that they received. Immediately afterwards, Jose became hostile and rude towards my parents. Not sure if it was because he was skimming some of the cost off the top to pocket for himself. My parents are sweet individuals and would not act hostile toward anyone, regardless if it was involving money or not. I am disappointed in the so called professionalism that the company has. I spoke to the manager and all he was able to say is that he was sorry and that they will learn from it moving forward. I felt that the experience my parents had with Jose, and my experience with speaking to his manager was pointless and that our reasons were brushed off as I was continually being cut off while speaking my thoughts.We will not be contacting this company every again.

Our tenant reported a leak, and I wanted it fixed quickly because they're a family with two kids, and I knew living without water would be tough. John came out within an hour and replaced the water heater and brought it up to code. Amazing work, and super professional! Will definitely call again when the need arises.

I had an emergency flood situation in my laundry room coming from an upstairs bathroom. I called a few plumbers prior to ARS to address the problem but didn't find what I was looking for. ARS answered the call and responded with the urgency that I needed. They quickly found and fixed the cause and then did a great job returning everything back to it's pre-flood condition. We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future

I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. As I scan down the Angie’s list, the things that caught my eyes were JC Plumbing’s rating very high, excellent review, discount to senior and military, and most important things are JC Plumbing will give you a free estimate, available 24/7 and bond/insured. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
