Tony, the plumber was professional, personable, prompt, neat and knowledgeable. He ♡listened♡ to my request and matched it. We are still in the install process- I liked the way he came and did all the prep work and checks first. Excited to see the final installed product. Will use CORE again.

Working with Paws plumbing has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I typically use Google to write positive reviews for local businesses as I like promoting good places and work. Unfortunately this time I am writing this negative review to hopefully save someone from going through the horrible experience my family and I have dealt with for months since we began working with Paws Plumbing. They are extremely unknowledgeable and inexperienced workers. They caused a leaked not only in my condo, but also in in neighbors restroom. In addition to that they were unaware that we had a second sink in our room and when they left we had no water running there. I asked them to come back to check on it and they came back rude, upset and unwilling to take responsibility. When I showed their work to plumbers from other companies, they have been shocked and appalled by the terrible work that was done here. It has been more than a month and we still are not able to use our bathroom. It has been completely sealed off, the sink in our room is clogged up, and our neighbor's restroom flooring has been ruined. In an effort to help whoever is reading through these reviews, please look elsewhere. This is the worst company I have ever worked with, and although you don't know me, I would not want anyone else to go through this.

After noticing some water on drywall, l called Exodus Plummbing. Mauricio was able to come the following day. He is very knowledgeable and was able to figure out the problem right away. He was on time, honest and helpful. We’ll definitely beusing Exodus plumbing again.Update! l once again call Exodus Plumbing (Mauricio). l remodel my bathroom he came out and install water valve, inverter valve for hand held shower, run the shower head some inches up. He install quarter turn valves for toilet and faucet fixture and installed the toilet. After tile was installed he came back to install the fixtures of the shower. Very happy with his work and knowledge We’ll definitely keep them in mind for next project. Thank You Exodus Plumbing! (Some pictures of before and after)

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.

Issue I was having was with a bad toilet clog that I just couldn't clear on my own. It was already afternoon and my worry was that I'd have to wait a day or more to get someone out here and help unclogging. Home Pro came to the rescue and was able to send someone to my home within an hour of me reaching out to them. They got here and were able to unclog without having to take out the toilet or anything. Technician was super thorough and tested flushing multiple times to ensure it was really clear. Overall I strongly recommend Home Pro plumbing, great service all around.

I knew Carini used the best products because I researched it before calling them. What I didn’t expect was how friendly and transparent they would be. Like most such home improvement service companies nowadays, I was expecting a very annoying and aggressive sales pitch. What we got was the exact opposite. Anthony was so polite and plain speaking throughout the entire process. He worked with us to reschedule the installation several times when personal tragedy struck us and was both sympathetic and appropriate the entire time. Connor and Wyatt did such an excellent job of installing the two very sleek looking units and left the place completely spotless. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Do yourself a favor and call them today. You won’t regret it.

On Christmas Eve I could hear a weird hissing noise in my laundry room. I called Jared and he was able to come out right away was able to determine a leak in one of my hot water pipes under the laundry room floor. He took care of everything for us promptly the day after Christmas, cutting the floor, fixing the pipe, replacing our water heater and making sure to recommend best courses of action. I’ve worked with him many times on multiple different jobs for me and he is always courteous, replies promptly, is on time and does a great job.
