Responsive on a Friday!

I see many good reviews but my experience was the opposite. The technicians were friendly and assessed my plumbing issue with my bathtub. It turned out we needed to enter another unit in the building to find an access point to the backside of my tub. It was determined that they would need to cut open my neighbors wall to gain access and replace the pipes. I was VERY CLEAR that since this was involving another unit and going into the walls that I would need a detailed estimate for the HOA. A few days later I got the estimate. Literally no details at all. No mention of another unit or cutting into the walls. Just a picture of the pipe they would be using. I emailed the company and after the weekend they finally got around to the estimate on Tuesday. It was better but still missing some details. During their visit the technician had mentioned putting in a port in my bathroom to make access easier, not having to go into the other unit in the future. I asked to speak to the technician and he explained that this was no longer necessary. He had also mentioned that the pipe was very corroded on the initial visit. I asked if he thought there would be more repairs done if the pipe was too corroded once they gained entry. He said it was possible. Since this estimate was going to be reviewed by the HOA I asked if those details could please be added. He said that was fine. Two days later I got a call from the company stating I needed to schedule the work. I said I was waiting for one final revision of the estimate. They told me that there were not going to be anymore revisions. I told them that I had spoke to the technician and he said he would add a few details. I was told he would reach out to me later that day. Instead an hour later the company called me and said “We are no longer able to do this job. It sounds like Anderson Plumbing had been there before, we suggest you call them.” I know all calls are recorded so there is no disputing this. So basically I asked for too many details which seemed to annoy them? I’ve never heard of wanting too many details especially when another homeowners unit and HOA is involved in the repair. In a very matter of fact manor they denied performing the work without offering an explanation. It was very rude and extremely disrespectful let alone unprofessional. I’m sure they have done good work for other customers but I wanted to provide my experience. I’ve been a homeowner for over 20 years and never had an experience like this. I guess if you want an estimate with no details and then when you request them have them cancel the job, then these are your people.

Paul and Vlad were AMAZING! Paul was in constant communication with me during the entire process of replacing pipe in my almost 100 year old home. To say that he (and his crew) were life savers doesn't do it justice. His knowledge and recommendations surrounding the obstacles were spot on. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be recommending them anyone. Honest, fair and responsive. Great integrity and fabulous work ethic. These are all qualities that are not often found. Highly, highly recommend!

Fernando is by far the best and most caring person and plumber I have ever met. I have called him out to help on many unclogging of my sink before he installed a new garbage disposal in se did all the piping under my sink. His quality of care and fair pricing will have me as a forever customer.

These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

This was our first time using HPS Plumbing, and we were completely impressed by the quick response and professionalism. We had a water leak and no water running in the office for the last 2 weeks I called HPS Plumbing and they sent someone over that same day. Kenneth was the technician he was very friendly and professional and fixed the leak in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend using HPS Plumbing. We will continue using them for future issues. Very helpful! Told us several different options of why our toilet was clogged and was incredibly friendly.

Had a plumbing emergency, our toilet clogged after a spicy wing challenge with friends. Called a few places and had to wait a couple days, it’s not a good idea when all your roommates are men. Looked up on yelp and you guys came up. Talked to a very nice helpful girl over the phone (Crystal) she sent a technician asap and he was very friendly and awesome personality (Benji).All an all you guys saved us. Clogged toilets are no joke in a house full of guys.Thank you guys, I would recommend you to every person running into plumbing emergencies.Crystal and Benji were very professional and great with customer service. If you want cheap work, go there but if you want to work with a person who has integrity and honest, run away. Tries to intimidate customers, rude, arrogant and unreasonable.

Perry Plumbing (Justin, Sergio, & Dan) did an outstanding job resolving a very complex plumbing problem. After a fleecing attempt by another plumbing company, Justin / Perry Plumbing stepped in and very quickly, professionally, and completely resolved the issue for a fraction of what the other company attempted to do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Perry Plumbing.

They did our HVAC years and years ago, but every time I need something, they answer with alacrity. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always going the extra mile to help their customers.

Jesse Lead and Tyler his crew member did an outstanding job installing our new natural gas furnace and ductwork. They did on site fabrication as necessary and kept right at it until completion. They were polite and neat and aimed to please. We are very satisfied.
