I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.

It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

Hello, I have not ever actually used Cass plumbing. I was just at lunch grabbing food. There was a lady struggling with a huge box (she had already dropped it twice). A Cass service truck was driving by, pulled over and stopped to carry it for her. I have alot of respect for that gentleman. If I need a plumber in the future I will not forget about that moment!

Christian was able to undo a clog that a larger plumbing company could not fix (and wanted to charge $1,000's to tear up the wall and piping to get to the clog). Very professional and personable as well. We will be using CP&D again in the future should we get more stubborn clogs.

I was very impressed by Raul the plumber. He came out within 1/2 hour and did a great job. Had him back to replace a large pipe under the house. He got the job done in 3 hours. He's very pleasant to have around and Cleaned up great. If you need a plumber fast and one that does excellent work call R & J plumbing.
