My water heater sprung a leak. Called Anderson plumbing and heating. Technician showed up ahead of scheduled time. I received a quote, from the technician. He replaced my water heater. Cleaned up after himself, he was courteous and wasn’t bothered with my questions. Overall, the service was outstanding. This was not the first time I have used Anderson , and it won’t be the last.

Requested a project estimate on November 1st. The technician came out, inspected & told me an estimate would be sent to my email the following day. It is now November 9th, I have contacted them via their chat on November 6th which is located on their portal & still no estimate. Perhaps this company does not want any work to come their way because this is the behavior being presented to me at this time. I guess it was a waste of my time to contact Bill Howe.

We had a main line clog at a rental property. Rescue Rooter sent out a tech named Tom the next day who was friendly and professional, and most important he cleared the clog in no time. The tenant and I were very relieved. From past experience with different companies I was apprehensive to use one of the big guys but in the end I couldn't have been happier.

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future.
