The technician from Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air, sent to my house was Victor Jimenez. He was thoroughly professional and knowledeable. He treated me with respect and courtesy. I am very happy with the work done. I have been using Anderson plumbing since 2010. He knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it in an efficient and correct manner.

Timely, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very communicative about the issue they were facing and how to address. Clean and precise, in other words, didnt leave a mess behind for the homeowner to take care of.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

I love Ideal. They are straight shooters and I rely on them for all my heating, plumbing and electrical on my own home plus, as a contractor myself, I refer them to all my clients.

Great business. Not just out to make a buck. These guys provide only the quality service you need and won't over sell you. Knowledgeable staff to answer any question I had. They were great and gave me an estimate for a ductless heat pump.

Furnace wouldn't turn on right. Called this company and even though he was booked most of the day, he made it over and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Went out of his way to get the part he needed the same day and was up and running and toasty warm. Very great service, knows what he's doing and is very honest and dependable. Cost was reasonable as well. I wouldn't hesitate telling everyone I know to use this company. Great job!

Tarpy is a great company. They always come out when I need them. After my 3rd visit of them suggesting I need a whole new system, I finally pulled the plug and I'm glad I did. The process was quick and easy. They gave me a good deal and treated me more like family then a cilent. Chris, JD and Ozzie where awesome the day of install. They took their time and taught me a few things about my AC system. They deffiently know their stuff. They did a good job. Thank you!!

Very unprofessional! They turned off the water from our building in Bernardo Vista Del Lago to do repairs and did not notify neighbors. When a neighbor let them know that she was half way through her shower, the guy unapologetically told the person that he did not care because neighbors would complain regardless and would continue to do work on the area without notifying owners. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and would NOT RECOMMEND!
