Jesse came to clear my drain on a clogged sink. He worked really hard to get through the line, I could hear that something was blocking it. He was finally able to break through, but wanted to check with a camera. He called me out and showed me the build up in the pipe. He recommended the pipes get hydro cleaned and there was still a big blockage. It was like rock that was really stuck in there. They had to run and get another machine and told me if they could not clear it out, they would not charge me the additional money that it was going to cost. They were successful and I was quite pleased with that. They showed me everything with the video, and were up front with the problems and solutions. Jesse worked hard on trying to get this taken care of. His supervisor Isiah was also very helpful, explained everything and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

These guys were awesome. We had a bad leak that was going from our first floor bathroom to our basement. Fast response, a plumber was out here within a couple of hours. Saved us a ton of money by not immediately tearing up our tile floor and instead, went to the source in the wall. We will definitely be calling these guys again!

We had Cass plumbing last week out to detect and repair water leaks in the yard. Jamieson, Jeremy, Raul and one other young guy(forgot his name) worked all day to fix the leaks under the house. They did excellent work. The tiles that had to be pulled did not even chip, and you would never know they were removed. We will definitely call them for any other issues in the future. best plumber i ever met! knows his stuff (fixed a hot water direction issue in less than 3 mins.) that our handyman couldn't figure out. removed a broken thread off our shower (i broke it) and another plumber wanted to unnecessarily tear up the adjacent bathroom to get at and replace the pipes...saved me a lot of money there. he is neat and thorough, he cleans after himself (even wiped the water spilled with his own rag) he's pleasant, knowledgeable, has a sense of humor and is a good communicator, need i say more?

We had been having issues with one of our toilets for months. We contacted two different pluming companies to take care of it. It worked for about a month and then shortly after that, the problem came back. That’s when we decided to contact California plumbing. Being that my work schedule is all over the place, Aaron was extremely accommodating and was able to work around my schedule. He came out, assessed the situation and figured it out quickly. Once again Perry Plumbing came to my rescue! Whenever I have a plumbing problem they ALWAYS fix it in a timely manner. Nathan installed a wall heater in my home 10 months ago. I tried lighting the pilot light a few days ago after the summer heat and was unable to keep the flame. I called and he was there the very next morning before I had to go to work. He found that the pilot generator was faulty. Within a couple of days he was back and within 10 minutes he had installed (warranty covered) a new generator and we now have heat!Thanks Nathan!
