I called Plumbing Tree this morning, completely distressed about a pipe that was leaking under my house. Miguel was terrific on the phone and told me he would be sending Mickey THIS MORNING. He also explained the process for their assessment of the problem and giving me an estimate AND what forms of payment they take, including those with a service fee and those without.Mickey arrived on time and was knowledgeable, professional and absolutely great. The repair was done promptly today, and he also helped us with an estimate for future work. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again-- hopefully for upgrades next time rather than an emergency.

I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be using this company in the future and if they are able to maintain this level of customer service and continue to give competitive quotes I can easily say I have found my go-to plumbing company!Thank you again Mauricio! Greg and Trent showed up on time to give me a bid on changing out fluorescent bulbs for LED's. The gave me alternate options for the job which was very helpful. They came back to complete the job and removed the ballasts, rewired and installed new bulbs in a very short time. They took all the old bulbs and ballasts for recycling and cleaned up all their wires, etc. I would recommend them to anyone.

RDZ was absolutely amazing!We had a very bad backup in my main sewer line after many attempts to snake it ,nothing worked. I called RDZ at 7am on a Saturday and with a quick response Sal from RDZ showed up with his hydro power jet ready to work. Sal did an amazing job and work diligently to clear the back up in the main sewer line. The best thing I heard the last 3 days was “ I GOT IT” . Sal was amazing . I highly highly recommend RDZ Plumbing and Drains for any of your Plumbing needs.

Anyone know a good plumber? Yes. Definitely.Somehow, I've never had a go-to plumber or a plumber that I can trust and know that will back up their work and won't try to charge an arm and a leg. I've used places like Bill Howe in the past, which is essentially like taking your car to the dealership to be serviced (no personal touch and expensive). I'm so glad to have found Community Plumbing for the quality of their work and fair pricing, not to mention I no longer have to worry about finding a plumber moving forward.I had an issue with a shower in a guest bath shower that I had ignored for awhile, but with Parents coming into town it was time to deal with it. I contacted Eric and we set up a time for the following day for repair. They were on time and kept me in the loop as far as what was needed and what it would cost. I have found Morey Heating and cooling company to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies.I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn’t smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldn't believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. Everything that needed explaining was explained well. As a member of an HOA Board our property management company recommended Cass Plumbing. Since we had bad experiences with another local plumbing company in the past we decided to try Cass Plumbing.Jeff, Eric and Kevin were thorough and diligent at replacing three of our broken and leaking outdoor spigots. Two of spigots were not threaded, but welded on, and all three spigots were different sizes. Being that this is in Hillcrest, Eric was great about ordering spigots that lock to prevent the homeless from continuing to use our spigots. Jeff was knowledgeable and very experienced at removing and soldering on the new spigots and replacing the cracked water line to the other one, and Kevin (who was an apprentice) was great about assisting them and learning the trade.
