If you are looking for prompt, professional service with excellent pricing, call PIC Plumbing Services! We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself. He then proceeded to spend some time trying to snake the drain before it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak! For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

My purpose in writing a bad review of Power Plumbing in Mission Hills, San Diego, CA is express my experience for future clients on the tactics they used to get a job by quoting a low price without a written estimate and then finishing the job and charging much more than they quoted. I called Powers Plumbing for an estimate to take out our old wholehouse water filter and put in a new one which we had bought. I had worked with Powers 16 years and trusted them. They also quote their hourly labor rate which we like. Unbeknownst to me they had sold their business to new owners.The plumber arrived and looked at the job and quoted us 4 hours of work $756, and said he could start immediately as he had installed many of the brand we had bought. He said he had all he needed in his truck to do the job. We said fine and went inside. Later he said we needed a new water pressure gauge, and I drove and got a new one which he installed and charged an additional quarter of an hour for that.When he finished and we asked the total figure, he quoted us $1,428.48 or $579.27 more or 41% more than he had quoted us. He said the difference was all the parts he used and he did not use the parts that came with the unit we bought. He never once mentioned he was going to use all new expensive parts or quoted a price. If he had told us this and given us a quote, we would not have used him. We paid him but after he left, we realized that he was dishonest in his estimate to get the job and we were conned! The next day there was also a leak from the pipes he installed. I called three times to talk to the owner about this, but he never called back and after calling and emailing to get a written invoice, we finally got a written invoice. About 7 days later someone called, and I expressed that the installation was leaking, and that we felt we had been conned. He said he would send someone out to fix the leak and that he would get back to me. When he got back to me, he offered us a 10% discount or $140 which I refused.What showed me that they are not an experienced, honest, and professional company is that he thought that it was perfectly fine the way they jacked the price up after the job was done in order to get the job and did not give a written estimate at the beginning of the job. We had a contracting business for years and would never have done this.Their work was good except for the leak, but make sure they give you a written estimate with a written guarantee (this will could take 3 or more days) before you let them start the job.

Arturo is the best!!! Helped 110% with the toilet issue. I can’t think of any others who could do better than Arturo and elite rooter. Did the job so well. Amazing. Definitely recommended if you have any problems

They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. Very professional and respectful to our home. Their team wears shoe covers to ensure no mess for your floors. Very friendly and punctual. They give realistic time frames for arrival and work very quickly. They even noticed a small problem with our toilet and fixed it free of charge before cleaning up their work area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with Victor, of Ascend Plumbing! Came out next day for an emergency Mainline clog and sewer leak. Vic took the time to find the root of the clogged sewer line, worked diligently and lots of manpower, until the clog was released and púshed out. Has all needed tools to inspect and find the source of problem. Very knowledgeable of the trade. Thank you!

Both technicians I worked with from Point Loma Electric were very professional, friendly, and did good work. Their office staff is very responsive and always kept me informed about when technicians would arrive. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Overcharged. I used this company expecting a fair price they charged me $650 for a main line clear out and I called 3 other plumbers and they told me they charge $125 to $200. Very upset this is a real rip off from a company I thought was good.

I called Tony and Eric because of a leaky valve in the toilet. The water wouldn't stop running. They said they would be in my area and stop by a little later. A couple hours later they showed up and had it fixed within a few minutes. Awesome customer service and really nice guys. Pricing is totally reasonable too!

Worst service and really bad attitude from the guy came over to my house. This company is usually recommended by the insurance. I warn do not hire this people for any job. They gave wrong assessment for the leak in my house. When spoke to manager they don’t care.

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

Cass plumbing has been great to work with. They have been able to service our plumbing needs for our apartment complex and our home. Reasonable prices, on time and quick. Other companies had quoted over $500 to replace a drain line. Cass got in and out parts labor for $285. A long standing San Diego company. Great Service.
