My family's rental unit experienced a strong smell coming from the laundry closet. The plumber called me and told me that he could not detect any type of water leak but that it might be inside the wall. He admitted that he did not detect moisture on the drywall and offered to break into the drywall and take a look. I could not do that because that entails a major project. We believe that the washer, which is old, has a leak. That said, the plumber completely understood my hesitation. This is clearly an honest company and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are not out to make a quick buck. I've added them to my cell call list and will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

Nice guy but he was unable to help. I called Charlie to come out to fix a leak under the house which a home inspector found. He arrived within the hour, which was good. He found the leak that I was already aware of by the home inspector,Which was good. He told me to takecare of it by tightening up the bolt myself. I asked him how much it would cost me for him to do it... he was hesitant to give me a quote, and said he has other jobs to go to. Before he left, he asked me to give him 5 stars on google review and write something to make him look good. I did not use his services so I can't give him 5 stars if he didn't actually fix anything. That would dishonest to others. Sorry.

Disappointed... Looked to work with local, family owned biz that didn't do a ton of advertising (adding to cost) to clear kitchen drain. Tech came out (nice enough) but seemed too quick to call boss (Javier) to camera the line. His answer for cheapest, best solution was to dig up slab (through hardwood floor). Called several other providers and another outfit came out next day, assessed, jetted line and camera confirmed for 1/5 the cost. Be wary of scare tactics and upsell.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

If you want cheap work, go there but if you want to work with a person who has integrity and honest, run away. Tries to intimidate customers, rude, arrogant and unreasonable.

Very disappointing. They told me it would cost $400 to install a new faucet after the cartridge in the old one failed and if I bought a new faucet for them to put in. The next day I called, having bought a new one, and was told they could not come back for several days. So I called Community Plumbing, who installed it that day for half the price.

Shout out to David O!!! Sink is broken and property management company is pinning to costs on me. I thought it was shady but no need to argue right then and there until I read over the lease.In the meantime I searched out a plumbing company to get an estimate of how much this would run me. David shows up within 30 min of my call to check it out. He does an assessment and takes a few pictures. He explained to me that this sink is old and poorly installed from the get go. We chatted and he was surprised when I said I might have to cover the cost. He showed me the pictures and explained everything that was going on. Old corroded pipes and wall mounts, cracking porcelain etc. He wrote up a plumbers report that I could deliver to my property management company that explains everything.I cant comment (yet) on the price as I have only paid for the initial inspection and reports and I have no idea what those usually run.His customer service and professionalism was 6/5 and he alone has definitely earned my business for future plumbing needs.

After many years of living with inadequate heat and no AC, we decided to replace the original heater with a new unit for both heat and AC. We had a number of contractors provide proposals, but Carini was the best----they inspected the old ductwork, discovered some leaks, and recommended a quality system. They have great techs to install the system---Nick did an excellent job for us----and best of all----the system works as it should! We're comfy warm in winter and blessedly cool in Santa Ana's. Water heater went down, WestPro Plumbing came in and replaced without any issues. Totally recommend for your commercial needs.
