I tried to schedule an estimate for both electrical and plumbing work with this company. The day they were supposed to come out, I received a message asking to reschedule for the electrical crew to come up. This was frustrating unacceptable as I took time off for this day specifically for these appointments. I ended up canceling my appointment with the electrical crew, but I was told the plumbing crew would still be arriving. The appointment was scheduled for between 12:30 and 2:30. At about 2:40pm, I received a call from the dispatcher saying the plumbers were about 30-45 minutes out. This was again unacceptable as I had another obligation at 3:00pm. Thus, due to their lack of professionalism in keeping appointments, I did not and will not work with this company.

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future

Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

We’ve had Angel Plumbing service at our rental property in San Diego. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate his help for replacing our property’s leaking water heater. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job within hours from my call. He gave me very clear and descriptive explanations about the different water heater models, warranties and expectations. Shout out to David O!!! Sink is broken and property management company is pinning to costs on me. I thought it was shady but no need to argue right then and there until I read over the lease.In the meantime I searched out a plumbing company to get an estimate of how much this would run me. David shows up within 30 min of my call to check it out. He does an assessment and takes a few pictures. He explained to me that this sink is old and poorly installed from the get go. We chatted and he was surprised when I said I might have to cover the cost. He showed me the pictures and explained everything that was going on. Old corroded pipes and wall mounts, cracking porcelain etc. He wrote up a plumbers report that I could deliver to my property management company that explains everything.I cant comment (yet) on the price as I have only paid for the initial inspection and reports and I have no idea what those usually run.His customer service and professionalism was 6/5 and he alone has definitely earned my business for future plumbing needs.

Oscar’s honest assessment saved me $$$I went down to the sub-basement of our home to change the a/c filter (it was due), when I noticed water all over the floor.It was coming from the air handler and I had no idea why.After a little internet sleuthing, there were several possibilities.I called one HVAC company who came out and they determined (somehow) that my coils needed to be replaced at a cost of $2800.I called Carini the same day for a 2nd estimate, and Oscar came out within a couple of hours, did some measurements on the outside unit, took a look at the air handler, and determined the condensate line was clogged.For about $280, he cleared the line with 3 CO2 canisters (after offering to have me do it myself with a shop vac, which I declined).Either the first guys were incompetent, or, more likely, ripoff artists.Glad I trusted my gut and went with a professional company that deserves the 5 star reviews it already has.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.
