I got my water heater replaced by Josh and another worker. They arrived on time, were professional, and very efficient! I highly recommend PIC Plumbing!

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Be careful of 5 star reviews... Courtesy is charging a 400% mark-up for materials. Great (friendly) guys who get fantastic reviews, charge for 2 hours labor when they're at your home for almost 3 hours, make like they're your honest buddy, you're getting a 'deal', when they're really 'sticking it' to us with overinflated material costs, nothing in life is free, read below for details...I have used Bill Howe for many years. Always professional and fair price -- job done properly/to my satisfaction. This time around I was traveling, my wife called another company for a plumbing (water) repair, my fault for not letting her know about Bill Howe. My wife is smart enough to use Yelp reviews, found a company (Courtesy) with 5 star rating, came to my home and fixed the problem, professional, nice guys -- challenge (problem/issue) was their pricing for materials, appeared to be VERY high, $400+. But it was a situation we had to fix immediately because water was leaking from my main line outside my home.While at my home (via phone) I asked Courtesy to check a second problem, a leaking gas pipe feed to my pool, they came back to our home today, once again very nice guys, professional, dug around the pipe to expose to find the leak, could not find, recommended I get a leak detection specialist -- which is ok. The challenge was the price for materials quoted, just way too high (given my experience remodeling many/multiple homes).I thereafter called Bill Howe Plumbing, Jessica (Howe) answered, asked me to email a picture of the job so they assess -- a 5' feed from the flex to the meter. I emailed the picture, followed up with Jessica, and to my amazement 15 minutes later I got a call from Bill Howe himself. I explained the situaiton, Bill was extremely patient and professional, I asked him what he would charge for similar materials. He explained materials (a 90 degree transition sweep) could be a different brand from Courtesy, but his price for the materials would be 'no more than $250...' (vs. $500+ for Courtesy).I was a bit curious so I called a couple of plumbing supply stores, received a price of $140-187 over the phone, each store confirmed a contractor/plumber would get a discounted price. BTW, re: intial water repair, I also asked the plumbing supply stores for a quote for the parts used, was given a $120 price, 70% less than I paid for the week before...So at the end of the day, Courtesy is charging a 400% mark-up for materials. I am extremely happy with this Roto Rooter business. Raul quickly determined the cause of my leaky shower faucet and fixed the problem immediately. My shower faucet now works better than it ever did. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. I will definitely utilize their services the next time I am in need.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

Called these guys to clean out my storm drains and they found a disconnected pipe from my backyard to my front storm drain (which explained why it was backing up into my yard)… they came, diagnosed, and fixed the issue! It was a big job as they had to lift up just grass and work underneath it - and my grass looks untouched. They were very professional, timely, honest, and reliable! Will definitely use them again!

Clogged drain. Found Ace Contractors on HomeAdvisors and Angie's list. Carlos was the plumber for the requested job. He arrived as requested, analysed the problem informed me what needed to be done and quoted me a price. Carlos was professional and friendly. We discussed the price and Carlos as well as his Boss at Ace worked with me and gave me a fair price for the job. Satisfied customer with both Carlos and Ace Contractors.

We had our first excellent experience with Able Plumbing over the Veteran’s Day holiday weekend. After calling multiple plumbing companies without even getting an answer, Able plumbing not only answered, but arrived within 30 mins to unclog the sinks. The service was quick and friendly. A week later the sinks reclogged (the clog must have been more extensive than we knew) so we called Able Plumbing again. Once again, a serviceman was here within 30 mins and graciously and efficiently fixed the issue. Most impressive of all, without even a conversation regarding charges, he smiled when finished thanked us and left. No charge whatsoever. We will definitely be using Able Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future

Really relieved to have found Home Perfect pluming. Technician (plumber) came out to the house and was able to make repairs in a very timely manner. He did the job quickly and had great communication with us along the way. My first experience with Home Perfect and I highly recommend!!

I so appreciate Angel showing up so quickly. Our hot water heater burst, water was everywhere, and he came right away and took care of everything. Although I didn’t get any quotes, I feel we paid a fair price. He was so nice and helpful. Thank you Angel for being available.

They came to check our gas fireplace to make sure it was ready for those cold days. Great customer service. I will use them from now on. Very professional and polite.

The inspection took about 2 hours and he was able to tell us on-site what to expect in the detailed report. Luckily, no major issues to report but we were so pleased with their work and professionalism! They take payment after the inspection on-site which was very easy. Can’t recommend enough!

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
