Best Ductless Heating in San Diego CA

We will never use this company again. The repair job was fine. However they overestimated the job and would not reduce the final price. They charged us over $1,500 for a job that took two men less than 2.5 hours!!!! I can’t believe plumbers are making $300/hr!!! Total rip off!!! Be warned.

Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.

My husband and I are an elderly couple and our air conditioner broke during the latest heat wave. I called Ideal because they had installed the unit many years ago. I was at first told that due to the heat, we could not be scheduled for a service call for a week but was offered the chance to move up if a cancelation occurred. The next day I got a call offering an appointment for the following day, which I happily accepted. Rene' was the service tech that arrived. He was WONDERFUL! He spent about 30 minutes checking and explaining to us what he found and attempting to fix the problem. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair the unit and we need a replacement but it was not for lack of trying on Rene's part. Kudos to his hard work. It's cooler now while we wait for our new air conditioner installation, but Ideal has gone above and beyond during this difficult time.

I was able to reach them after hours to make a quick appt to repair a leak in my backyard faucet. The leak was large enough I had to shut off water to my home. They were empathetic and professional and gave me a five hour window for the service. The professional plumber that was sent was prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful, and honest. He explained what was needed and although I didn’t love the price I understood the cost. Hopefully I won’t need their help again in the near future but would definitely recommend them…and thanks again to Ed for being so professional and pleasant to work with (and for being kind to my dog). It made the cost a little less painful.

Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

I have only had the best experiences with this company. I’ve installed two new furnaces (different units). Each time a really good experience. Today I had a small gas leak (on existing pipe fitting) on Sunday. Alex came and did an amazing job to fix the problem and performed regular maintenance. Each experience, the service and quality is above expectations. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

We also had Nicolas come out to check the heating and air. He also was very through and professional.

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!
