It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. Their electrician came to find our water leak problem from our upstairs bathroom he opened up our family room ceiling to find an elbow with a pinhole leaking, not good. He was quick and efficient stopped the leak and replaced the pipe. Not what you want to deal with but our damage was kept at a minimum. Thank you so much!

We actually had a negative experience with Tarpy for a water heater repair. After we received a phone call from the owner who personally apologized for our issues and cancelled the invoice. They did not need to call us but that was a nice touch and showed how professional and accountable they are. Will use them again because of the way they handled the issue.

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future.
