Pablo came out today and fixed up a water valve behind the fridge. I live in a high-rise in down town and he was able to work with the on-site tech and finish the job in 30 minutes. I had a great experience with ACE contractors, specifically Juan Pelayo who was our field technician. I called because I needed a quick fix for one of my rentals and Juan responded, completed the work and had such good interaction with my tenants that they specifically called me to thank me. Then I asked Juan to come fix an issue at my home and he came up the same day, stayed late to make sure the job was done right, and was friendly and personable with my entire family. I can’t speak more highly of Juan, but now that I have Ace saved in my phone I can delete all the other plumbers in my contacts!

We called because our kitchen sink was backed up and a friend referred us to this company. The tech who came was John and he was super knowledagable and professional. He quickly cleared the backed up drain and fixed our problem. Pricing was very fair

We came home Thursday and heard water leaking in my garage and found my water heater failed. I also noticed that there was some water in my laundry room. I called Home Perfect and they came out assessed the damage. They also have a water damage company that came out within the hour. Everyone was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything. We decide to get a tankless water heater and got a great price on it. The water damage team (Smart Dry Restoration) worked directly with our insurance company and everything couldn't go any smoother.
