Best Commercial Cooling Service in San Diego CA

I contacted Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air to set up appointments for maintenance of my A/C and water heater. The staff and technicians were all very helpful, pleasant and efficient. During a check of my home water pressure the technician, Ken Slater , discovered that my main water valve was not operating correctly which resulted in my water pressure to be approximately 115 psi, almost double what is recommended. Ken was very helpful and courteous and I am glad he caught this before any major damage was done to my water lines. Many thanks go to the Anderson employees.Greg Mellott

He arrived promptly on time and was ready to go. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. He explained what was needed to be done and quickly located the leaking pipe in my ceiling which put my mind to ease. Highly recommend All Star Plumbing Company. They have great customer service and are very responsive. We've used them for detecting and repairing an under slab leak and were impressed with their service.

We called Rooter Hero Plumbing because our kitchen sink backed up and they had a special coupon. The guys were personable, knowledgeable and professional and quickly cleared the drain. However several weeks later, we had the same problem. This time Aaron came out. Again, personable, knowledgeable, professional and because this incident had reoccurred, he was very thorough. He found the problem, cleared the drain and offered to come back at no charge for another look with a camera should we have problems again. We were very happy with Aaron and Rooter Hero Plumbing and would use them again! It’s refreshing to see someone who is not only professional- but enjoys their job and stands by their work! Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.

Buying and installing new central air conditioning system is a big investment which requires research on manufacturers and installation contractors. I got three quotes which is my rule and then started my research on Consumer Reports and the Better Business Bureau. Size matters and Consumer Reports outlined the proper selection process that includes ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America ) Manual J report. The report does a heating and cooling load analysis which reviews your furnace condition, size, and rating, register and duct sizing, square footage of the home, insulation review of walls and ceilings, along with windows and exterior doors review. I didn't get a hard copy report from the first 3 contractors even though they all impressed me as being technically competent. Each contractor quoted a different size unit and pricing varied by two thousand dollars. The largest system offered was the cheapest offer. After my review of manufacturers and the BBB (Better Business Bureau) on contractors, I obtained three more quotations primarily for manufacturer quality and reliability reasons from different contractors. Only one contractor gave me a hard copy report of their Manual J report along with the heating and cooling load analysis which determines the correct sizing of the AC coil and condenser. After my review, I selected Carini Heating and Air Conditioning. They were the one contractor who gave me hard copies of their report and analysis. They offered a system that matched my furnace manufacturer and they were competitively priced (not the cheapest). Based on Consumer Reports reviews of manufacturers, my system selected Rheem was rated high in quality and reliability by actual consumer reviews over a five year period. The day came for installation and Gabriel Carini whom quoted the system showed up with the installation team Jason and Don. We reviewed the location for the condenser and routing for the refrigerant line and drain line through the attic space. The team was very thorough in the installation, cleanliness, and testing of the system. They demonstrated the operation while testing the system and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed. My selection was based on obtaining building permits, proper sizing, quality, and reliability of the system, and the fact it matched my furnace manufacturer. I now have a one stop shop for service and parts when necessary for my furnace and air conditioning by a factory authorized dealer. Being a factory authorized dealer matters in that they will have the technical knowledge of my specific system, backing from the manufacturer, and the parts to support it. I wish to thank the team at Carini Heating and Air Conditioning for their professionalism and putting my mind at ease through the entire process. I have peace of mind that my system will work when required and have reliability in the years to come backed by service from the factorized team at Carini.

I purchased a new heating and air unit from Tarpy in 2015. They respond quickly and always arrive on time. Jeff is very nice and explains everything well. Today Jason and Crow came to take care of a warranty issue. They were both very professional and thorough also. I do recommend Tarpy for anyone wanting reasonable prices and quality professional service.

Great work and responsive to our needs

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company. I have a water leak that is coming through the ceiling of my garage. The plumber took pictures and said he would submit to the American Home Warranty for review so he can come back to access the damage. Today AHS called me to say the plumbing company asked for an asbestos test before they would come out to find the leak. My home was built after 1989 so the request was absurd to me. Why would I spend between 700 and 1200 to test something that was outlawed in building codes in 1978 in the State of CA. AHS called the plumbing company and the girl who answered the phone told them that the asbestos law was overturned?!?! What?!!?? This company is absurd and dishonest. Needless to say I told AHS that I don't want to use them. Meanwhile the leak is getting worse and the damage is spreading.

These guys were great. I called them and within an hour they arrived at my house and cleared my toilet stoppage. I would definitely recommend them and would call them again if I need a plumber. Price was reasonable

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!
