The guys showed up on time on a Sunday. They were very professional and solved my hot water circulation problem in a matter of minutes. They obviously know their stuff. Now they're on my speed dial.

Zac and Ricky were particularly polite, professional, and attentive to my needs and desires. They pointed out corrosion that I was unaware of, corrosion likely to cause serious damage in the near future. By their explanations of what they were doing and their professional work habits and ethics, I was confident that the right work was being done well and that my home was better protected for the future.

Paws Plumbing was extremely communicative with me in what work needed to be performed. They helped me bring my old 1980’s house up to par with current plumbing work, something that really needed to be done. They were quick to fit me into their schedule, and got the work done professionally and fast.

It was very easy to book a next day appointment. They were on time, professional, and resolved the issue quickly.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

We had Cass plumbing last week out to detect and repair water leaks in the yard. Jamieson, Jeremy, Raul and one other young guy(forgot his name) worked all day to fix the leaks under the house. They did excellent work. The tiles that had to be pulled did not even chip, and you would never know they were removed. We will definitely call them for any other issues in the future. Professional front office and friendly too. I had a number of different updates done on a 41 year old home I purchased. Over the past 15 months John Padilla plumbing team Matthew, David, Juan, Julio have come to help with a varity of updates such as Matthew restored the central heater and it has run great and problem free since the repairs,, Juan installed a new gas line allowing for a switch from all electric stove to gas. Big thumbs up! Very happy with this change. David updated all the angle stops. Woo hoo no more leaky valves. My water bill should reflect this improvement. Juan installed the new kitchen faucet. As you can tell a lot of work has been completed by the plumbing team at John Padilla. They always arrived on time, did excellent work and always answered all of my questions about their work and pointed out the problems they observed and recommended a reasonable approach to fixing the issue. Patient, thorough and great customer service. With covid precautions they always arrived in masks and kept their shoes coveted in protective booties while working in my house. I really appreciated their safety efforts.
