I worked with Rick from Dawson Electric. He was very professional and responsive. I requested an electric diagnostic for electric heaters that weren't working. Rick was able to get the diagnostic done on the same day. After the diagnostic, he gave us a fair quote to replace our in-wall electric heaters. He worked with the vendor for the heaters and was able to install the same day he picked up the heaters. Overall, I highly recommend Rick and am very happy with the results. Rick was very responsive to my texts, calls, and emails. Rick was very professional and fair with the workload and pricing. Thanks again, Rick, for your services.

Lee was very communicative and apologetic about a job requiring more time than anticipated and even came out on his own time to fix our issue. The installation crew were extremely good. They worked cleaning and efficiently; they cleaned up after themselves; they ensured that the stucco exterior of the house was water tight with the work that they had done. We highly appreciate the work that they did today.

I am a designer in San Diego. I use Carter Electric for all my clients and even my own house. They are a top quality company who always delivers above expectation. The entire Cater crew is amazing and the owner Randy runs a great business. Highly recommend them!

Paul and his team were very professional. They installed and upgraded our electrical panel the coal panel and also so moved one A-day 1 additional panel so that they were both side-by-side. Technicians Armando and Lalo were very polite and courteous throughout the process. Overall they did a great job.
