Team Rooter charged my elderly father an excessive fee and sent an inexperienced plumber to my father's house to connect a new hot water heater, but the plumber failed to reconnect the drainage hose to the washing machine, which flooded the garage several days later. Team Rooter kept sending the same inexperienced plumber several addtional times, attempting to convince my elderly father to spend additional money on other unnecessary projects. They refused to provide a refund, and we had to hire yet another plumbling company to get a second opinion and correct their errors.

Michael made himself available in a pinch (on a Sunday / when I was under time pressure) for a leak in my washing machine. He came over as fast as he could, fixed the issue, and was patient offering additional advice based on what he saw. He’s a friendly guy and has great pricing too (even for an ‘emergency’ job). Will definitely contact Benoist again for anything plumbing.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any plumbing service and any other plumber EVER. I called California Plumbing to fix a kitchen sink that was leaking buckets from underneath the sink and had covered my whole kitchen floor with water. After the cleanup, I was constantly having to empty out containers catching the water and replacing towels to keep it “somewhat” under control. I live in an apartment, so I have to go through the (terrible) property management to resolve maintenance issues. They sent a plumber who seemed baffled by the problem and tinkered around for all of 5 minutes before getting up and telling me -in the form of a question- “uh… I think it’s fixed? Keep an eye on it.” And was out the door. He actually ended up finding a way to make the problem worse! I was not about to call him back to work on the issue as he clearly had absolutely no idea how to fix. So I did some research and, based on other very positive reviews, called California Plumbing. They had a plumber at my door within the hour!His name is Devan Elson, and not only was he a complete professional and a really nice guy; he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was in detail so that I could better understand what was going wrong and why! On top of that, he took the time to exhaust every other possible remedies, tested them in every way possible and made absolutely sure that nothing was overlooked before he left. AND the cost for the work at the end was totally reasonable and fair! I will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future and I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Mr Brandon was a consummate professional. I had a weekend emergency and These guys came out on a Sunday morning and I couldn’t be more grateful for that kind of flexibility.

We had an mini split installed in our condo. They handled the installation superb overall. The communication was excellent and they had a technician (Anthony) came out 6 months later to service the units. He was professional and courteous. I like the predictability of Carini and their willingness to stand behind their work. If they continue this level of customer service, they have us as customers for life!

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

NON-EXISTENT SERVICEI called Legacy to have a window unit a/c either repaired or replaced (including installation).I was told that they would look at the unit and give me an estimate on a new one. I set up an appointment with the understanding I would be given a half hour's notice before their arrival. The two-hour window for the appointment came and went with no call from Legacy. I called the dispatcher (Leon?) who said his technicians were behind that day and I would be given the next two-hour window on that same day. That window came and went with no one showing up. The next day at 5PM, I finally called Legacy to see what had gone wrong. The dispatcher said, no one wanted to do the job........I didn't know employees can pick and choose which jobs they do.........I told the dispatcher that I should have been informed of that the day before. His response was, Sorry about that.Legacy is a very poorly run company. I am looking elsewhere for my a/c-heating needs...
