I had initially needed to fix my bathroom sink but ended up with fixing the emergency shut off valve. Jose did a fantastic job fast and quick. I appreciate the hard work and looking forward to using them in the future.

I run a large business here in San Diego and unfortunately have had a couple of larger floods. Bill Howe's team did everything they could to get our business cleaned and repaired so we could open. They have a great team and were super responsive. Haley Howe made sure they got someone out right away. If you have any need that they service I would not use anyone else in town but them. Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Showed up on time, was courteous, solved the problem quickly, and cleaned up afterwards! Couldn’t ask for more!

Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Would definitely use this company again!

Anyone know a good plumber? Yes. Definitely.Somehow, I've never had a go-to plumber or a plumber that I can trust and know that will back up their work and won't try to charge an arm and a leg. I've used places like Bill Howe in the past, which is essentially like taking your car to the dealership to be serviced (no personal touch and expensive). I'm so glad to have found Community Plumbing for the quality of their work and fair pricing, not to mention I no longer have to worry about finding a plumber moving forward.I had an issue with a shower in a guest bath shower that I had ignored for awhile, but with Parents coming into town it was time to deal with it. I contacted Eric and we set up a time for the following day for repair. They were on time and kept me in the loop as far as what was needed and what it would cost. Like I said, I have used larger companies in the past and can tell you that Community Plumbing's communication is stellar and their prices are more than fair.My wife and I cannot be happier with Eric and his team and l can highly recommend Community Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have in the future. The first thing that impressed my husband and I was Stan showed up about half an hour after we called for service. He was friendly and professional. He did the job quickly, showed us that the drain was free of clogs, and cleaned up nicely. He saved us money! I wouldn't hesitate to have Stan over to work on any future plumbing issues we may have. A super guy!!

After 5 contradicting bids, Carini replaced our AC. The work was superlative. We have used Carini over the last several years for venting issues on our 1930s Spanish eclectic home. Their honesty and integrity are noteworthy. A great family business. Ask for Jamie and Wyatt for installation! Anthony stopped by to supervise midway through project to ensure customer satisfaction. Will post to Angie’s list as well as Yelp! Plan to try plumbing services next time too.

Had a leak behind my refridgerator. Called Carmel Valley Plumbing and Jeff returned my call promptly. Despite his busy schedule, he came by in a few hours to assess the problem. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to fix it. Jeff is professional and conscientious. I'd highly recommend Carmel Valley Plumbing!

Daryl came out to fix our water supply problem and did a great job. Not cheap but good value and great quality work.

Had the best customer service from Discount Plumbing. I had a great experience from calling the office to having them send a plumber out same day for my clogged kitchen sink. I would highly recommend using Discount Plumbing.
