Joe came out and helped me with the plumbing pipe being clogged up. He was very cordial, and very helpful. The service is a bit expensive. In total of almost 400 bucks but without the proper tools I'd not be able to do it myself.

The water heater in my mother-in-laws house started to leak after only 4 years in service. I checked the installation of the old one and found it to be very shoddy. It sits outside in a dedicated closet. The installation details were not filled out, it was not in a pan but sitting on the cement floor. The connections were not really that secure. I shut it all down, and told her to call Bill Howe. They came out last year and fixed a clogged main line with great efficiency.She told me it was installed, so I went over to check it out. The installation was very good. It is now centered in the closet, sitting in a non-rust pan raised off the ground, all the paperwork is accessible, the details are filled out on the stickers, the plumbing and gas lines are new and properly routed. Just an outstanding job and great attention to detail all around.They are local and care about what they do, more so than other plumbers and pipe-fitters I have dealt with. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't know, they ask! Parts are stocked in the truck so delays are not an issue.If you need any plumbing work done, give Bill Howe a call. Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.
