Wonderful from start to finish! The company called 30mins before to let me know when they would arrive! They also texted a picture of the man coming to fix my shower! When he arrived he had a clean mask on an put booties over his shoes as he walked into my house! He was good with my dogs. He did a very good inspection of my shower wall and found the leek behind the broken handle! He gave me options on fixing it with different prices so I could make the best decision!! Super professional and I will use them again!

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

Honestly, I’m amazed at the dedication EZ Plumbing USA serves with. House construction was going on and we needed plumbers help to fit the underground pipeline. I came across them through their website. We scheduled the meeting. Their plumber arrived and saw the work. He quoted the amount and time which was lower than other plumbers in Orange County. So we agreed. Daily, they would arrive on time and work well with the team.I closely monitored their work and I loved it.

A great experience with the company and their technician Cody Bart. They have scheduled the technician to come over weekend that too on New year Jan 1st within 24 hours.Cody did the thorough inspection of the toilet blockage. Instead of upselling more expensive options like hydro jetting, tearing the floor etc he pulled out roots and found the source right on the flange and cut it out.I have shown it to multiple plumbers and they are all suggesting repairs and no one did an extra effort of removing the wax ring to look at the details of root encroachment..Cody is an exceptional professional who goes the extra mile to find the issue and fix it. He is also very professional and courteous. Thank you Cody and ARS/Rescue Rooters..

After receiving similar quotes from 3 businesses, we decided to go with tarpy based on our neighbors positive recommendation. Installation was completed a few days ago and so far we are very pleased. Here’s some of the highlights:Paul was very patient with the quote. He measured every room to calculate the appropriate system needed. He provided various options to improve efficiencies but never pressured us to extend our budget and answered all our questions.They were able to start installation a week earlier than anticipated.The installers were very professional. They kept everything clean and finished the job in 2 days. We would have them work in our house anytime!The system is working great! Very quiet and very easy to program. Our ductwork was replaced and re-engineered and has balanced out our rooms.We are very pleased with tarpy and we are looking forward to a nice cool summer.

I CALLED TO INQUIRE FOR BUSINESS AND FRED WAS VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING QUESTIONS, HIS ILL-TEMPERED BEHAVIOR WAS THE WORST. HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER CARE. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!EDIT:Frank called me to resolve the issue that occurred with Fred. With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business. This is my honest review. Thanks.4 stars for efforts.

It's been 2 months and our AC still hasn't been fixed. All it needs is refrigerant to be added (they tested the pressure and there's no leak), but they keep jerking us around. Last time the visit was 5 minutes long and the guy left without doing anything. He said he needed authorization from the home warranty before adding refrigerant, but I called them 2 days later and not only had express plumbing never called them, but the warranty company told me that he never should have left without doing the work - he could have called them while right there at my house. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
