This is the BEST plumbing company to work with! Great work, fair prices and timely too. I have 2 rental houses in the San Antonio area and wouldn't trust them to any other company but BG Plumbing!!

Called AMS and Fernando tech came right away to repair my toilet , he was so professional and explain thoroughly where the problem was and repaired right away. 1st time this company comes out and was very satisfied and pleased will contunue them when needed.Others have come out and they were not as professional and polite . Joe was the plumbing contractor on the construction job for our new business. Not only did his crew do a very good job on the installation, but when we had a few minor issues pop up with some of the commercial fixtures that were installed in our business, they drove up from San Antonio to fix them right away, no matter how small the problem was. They even came out just to adjust the water pressure in the toilets when they were not flushing properly. They honored they're warranty and have been very good to us which is a trait I admire and appreciate.

Eric Kiolbassa was very polite and professional. He helped fix the problem very quickly and let us know how to maintain. Great service!

Honest, timely, and fair. Steven was my technician today and he was incredibly professional, kind and empathetic. He did my pre-foundation repair leak detection, identified that there is unfortunately at least one leak, but gave me advice and a plan of action of what to do next. They have terrible customer service. Even the manager Sean didn't call back for 2 days and I had to call and ask for him again. They were hours late intially and we had to call and ask them where are you. They did the repair in October and now are Sprinkler system is not working and there is a leak on part of the repair where there was not a leak before. 3 months wow. They sent someone today who didnt know what he was coming for and said that the officw doesnt have notes that they previously rerouted our line. Wow unbelievable now we have to wait 2 more days. I wouldn't recommend them even if it was free. Sorry not sorry. I will be sharing this on social media platforms and maybe even KSAT Defenders so people will be warned not to use Will Fix It.

David and Alberto came to my house yesterday to hydro jet my pipes and I can’t believe how much gunk the got out of my pipes or how much better my system flows now. Top notch company. Definitely would recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

We had a toilet fixed at a rental property on Thursday(work order# 167959). Their initial service was very good. The tech was friendly and polite. Friday evening our renters called to say their floor was completely soaked and the toilet was leaking. We called Specia as soon as we got the call. Specia called back to say well sounds like this is a warranty problems vs. maintenance and if I have to send someone out I'll have to pay overtime. Since it is after 6pm I will have to call you back Saturday morning. Here it is Sunday and we have not received a phone call back from Specia. Bottom line was when Specia performed their work the washer was offset in the tank which started leaking. I had to have someone else fix the job Specia was paid to do. We understand these things happen. The biggest disappointment I have with this company is their reaction to the problem and their responsiveness. Companies and people make mistake, this will always happen but a true test of a quality/reputable company is how it responds to their errors. Specia website states they are committed customer satisfaction and quality service. It says they have a reputation for honesty, reliability, and superior service. I’m disappointed to say they did not live up to their reputation.
