Dustin Gutierrez, Tech#3381 was an excellent technician to assign for our needed service. He was very professional, informative, trustworthy, and followed all CDC guidelines. I felt comfortable and safe with him doing his work and felt from the beginning that he was going fix our problem, which he did and explained the process as he fixed our clogged drain. Called same day for a leak and showed up on time and fixed the job.

They were experienced and very knowledgeable in the replacement of my tankless water heater. I liked that they gave me options such as I could buy the heater myself and they would install it or I can just purchase from them and they install it. They even showed the cost of each option. I choose for them to just do everything. Before the end of the day the heater was installed and I had hot water. I highly recommend these guys. I had a great experience.

I called Roto rooter around 9:00 this morning, set up an appointment to fix as leak under my kitchen sink. First they sent me an email message and said they would be out between 11:00 am and 1:00pm, and I would get a call before the worker arrived. At 1:30pm I called the administration office who transferred me to dispatch. I spoke with dispatch and informed them that I haven't heard from the worker and it was outside of the 2hours. The dispatcher then told me he was on his way, never received a call. When he came in he diagnosed the problem. He informed me he needed to replace the basket strainer which cost $40 and he charges $300 an hour for labor. I asked do they honor military he said 10% discount. I found a $40 coupon, he would not honor both one was a discount the other was coupon. He completed the work in 15 minutes and I still got charged $300 for 15 minutes of work and he was late.

I had outstanding service from AAA auger with the plumber Matt and his assistant! They were there to turn off the water, get all of the new supplies needed, and did a fabulous job of instructing me on the new installations.

Pedro and his son were great. He had to install a clean-out that was done improperly and then hydro jetted the piping to get the grease out of the line. Worked beautifully!!! He then showed us what the problem in the line we are facing and why. Original plumber laid the line with no slope in a 16’ section. Ugh county inspectors!

I have used the San Antonio location twice now. I had great experience with this company in College Station so I was happy to see they branched out. 5 stars all around for their professionalism and quality of services. Highly recommended!

It was Plumber Joseph Gutierrez that was assigned to do the home service for us. I was impressed that his knowledgeable in his craft and most especially considerate just doing small this thing without taking advantages to the client (This are hard times). I'll surely hire this his service again together with his assistant Jersen which is so helpful with the work done. I would recommend ANCHOR and hopefully all our Plumbers out there are like this two professionals. More power!
