As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end. Tyler Leija was my tech and an A+ person of integrity. He was professional and explained everything in layman's terms. I had all 9 lines of my sewer system cleaned out by jet washing. He took before and after video of all the lines and added Bio1 to help with future buildup removal. Remarkable difference! My home is 27 years old and a lot of buildup had occurred. I also had to have my toilets pulled and a new part added, so the toilet would sit evenly on the surface, then sealed. Excellent cleanup was done as well. I'm very pleased with Tyler's work! Goettl has a superb representative for their plumbing business!

Kyle and A&A plumbing are excellent. They came out in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, presented multiple repair/replacement options, and took care of my issue. Repaired and maintained one of the two heads on my water softener that was leaking, cleaned the salt tank, and flushed the water heater. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
