We couldn't be happier with George Plumbing! Doug has been to our home several times and is always professional and friendly. On top of that - it's always DONE RIGHT! He's even fixed problems other plumbers created! Today he brought Will with him, and he too is exceptional - really knows his profession. Quick and knowledgeable repair

I was impressed with the overall service, from customer rep Betty to the technician. You are texted a photo and short biography on the technician before arrival. My technician Roger was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. He honored the price he quoted upon arrival, even though his company tablet was giving a higher price when he finished the job. His tablet was giving him connectivity issues so I had to complete the transaction over the phone with Terry. She charged me even less than Roger's original quote. I felt very comfortable with my overall experience with this company and even scheduled one of their AC techs to service my system soon.

just got a washer/dryer installed and was told my bibbs were leaking and needed replacing. got on the google and did a search for closest plumber. showed up same day a few hours later and was excellent service. super nice guys; very professional, quick, courteous and knowledgeable. i have no idea what a normal or good rate is for plumbers, so can't really speak to that, but i'm super happy with everything. will definitely go back to them if i need a plumber.

The responsiveness starting from my initial service request was excellent. I called requesting service on a Saturday. A&A's technicians were busy, but the receptionist took my information and relayed it to a tech in the field to assure me A&A could fix my refrigerator ice maker valve in the wall with a Manabloc/PEX piping system. A&A quickly returned my phone call and booked an appointment. Kyle, the technician, and his trainee Kyle came out to my home ahead of schedule. They promptly attacked and repaired my problemed ice-maker valve like professional problem solvers. Kyle and Kyle were outstanding ambassadors for A&A Plumbing. I will be calling A&A Plumbing in the future for my plumbing repairs and would highly recommend them to my neighbors.

Chris was courteous and extremely competent. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the repair of my shower drain. I will call Shafer again whenever I need plumbing help.

Currently 2 weeks past scheduled completion date and Jesse still hasn't finished. Also demands 100% payment before he's even passed city inspections. Extremely shady. Pretty sure he gets away with it according to other reviews. Hire professionals, not these con men.
