We have used Big City Plumbing many times. They are always friendly and professional. Our sewer line backed up. Horrible! I called Big City at 6:46 am and left message on machine. To my surprise I received a call back at 7:05 am. The woman that called was very understanding and said they would check their schedule, but would have someone out same day and she would call me back with time, etc. She called back at 1032 am and told me Joey would be at my house within 3 hours. She asked me the standard COVID questions and assured me everyone would wear a mask and would abide by COVID protocols. I really like the fact that Big City sends a text before arrival with a picture and some information on workers. Joey and Louis arrived on time and both were professional, yet friendly. They checked the problem, gave me a price and my options and got the job done. Masks were worn at all times. They are a good representation of Big City. I want to thank Big City again for prompt action. I know with the recent freeze, they must have been very busy, but made the time to help a previous customer. And because you never know about plumbing, I’m sure a future customer.

Excellent service by courteous and knowledgeable plumber. I would have given 5 stars, but the dispatch situation was jacked up. I called for service at 3:15 PM and was told a serviceman would be out in 4 hours. I was called 2.5 hours later and told that my serviceman was running late but would be at our house that night. An hour later, I was told that no one would be at my house until 8AM the next morning.

We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. Steve is a very kind gentleman and was efficient and professional with his work. He made sure I was satisfied with how the faucet was sitting before he completed the installation. That was unexpected, but I liked his consideration.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

We called about a leak that was from an outside water line getting into the bedroom wall / foundation. Setting up an appointment was very easy. I was at work but my girlfriend was home. The two guys who came, Jeremy B. and Sebastian P. were great and did a very good job with explaining the problem to her and showing her everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. We have had a few contractors working on the house lately and this was by far the easiest and best experience we have had. Will call them on any other plumbing issues we have in the future. Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.

Fast and reliable. Showed up when promised and and did good clean work. Used several times. Also had a large excavation job. Done quick and pulled permits with no issues. This guy believes in “customer service “.
