This place does 24/7 emergency calls. I called a few others that stated they did emergency calls and was told they only make appointments 24/7. What can I say that has not previously been said by prior reviewers. In a day and age where attention to the customer experience seems to be deteriorating, this company stands out. In every way (Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality) they were there for work on one of our rental properties. We have definitely added them to our vendor list to handle our plumbing needs.

What I liked about the service was the availability for an appointment and friendliness of the service technician. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and within an hour of the call. The service guy arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. I explained my concern and he provided a couple of options. Once I selected the option I wanted, he got right to work and had everything done quickly.What I didn't like was the price. Even with a coupon discount, the service price for what I wanted seemed pricey. If I hadn't wanted the service done immediately, I probably would have shopped around. However, if the treatment works then perhaps the price was worth it...time will tell.

There's a reason People's Choice is one of the highest rated plumbing companies in the SATX area. They were reasonably priced, got us scheduled quickly, got the job done in a day, and were a pleasure to work with. It was nice to work with someone who was honest and didn't try to up sell us on everything.Our sewer was backing up and we had a different company out who didn't put much effort into finding the issue and gave us a huge quote. People's Choice came out and ran their camera from a different access point and found the real issue which ended up being way cheaper than the other company (because the issue was isolated to one spot). By the end of the day we were on their schedule for only a few days later. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up our yard the best they could. Everything about the process was easy. They will now be my first call anytime I have plumbing work that needs to be done.

Great vendor! Many years of excellent service

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Had an emergency and they were able to come out same day and make the repair at a reasonable price. They also did a complimentary check on all of my plumbing to ensure there were no other issues.Staff was courteous and professional. Scheduling the service was a breeze. They even quoted a firm price over the phone. This saved at least a day or two in installation time. The price quoted was about 1/2 other quotes. Installation was excellent. The Hot Water Heater was a superior model. Extra parts were needed, and they did not charge for the extra parts or labor. will never use another plumbing company.
