So happy with Caliente Hot Water! We were going to have them install a GE water softener we had bought from Home Depot. The day they were going to come we realized that it was cracked in shipping. I called Caliente and they were able to install one of their the same day. They took the time to explain the differences and gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Love how quick they were! These guys went above and beyond. I wasn’t available to help with home’s plumbing issue so I left it up to my wife to deal with. After getting the run around with other companies, she made one last call. She went with Alamo Plumbing Solutions & made an excellent choice. It wasn’t as simple as installing a pressure reduction valve & replacing a hot water heater. There was much more involved. Trying to save a little money, she was having to remove a faulty unit, return to where it was purchased & get a replacement that the manufacturer made good on. After calling several companies & not one offered any solution other than buy one of their heaters. Most of the companies would not give her a quote over the phone. This would mean time she couldn’t afford having to meet with tech, after tech. The heater could “go”at any moment because of the high pressure & current leak. No time to sit through sales pitch...just need a quote.She made one last call & it was the best one.Santiago listened, discussed a solution (not SOLUTIONS), OFFERED to help make the exchange of faulty unit, set up for his crew to be at the house the next day, set up financing & most of all left her feeling respected & not “let me talk to your husband” mentality. In this world where you feel sometimes technicians are always “out to scam you”, that wasn’t the case here. All this was accomplished by phone mind you.Y’all did more than fix my plumbing, y’all made my wife’s life a lot less stressful.So I suppose this review is more of the human aspect of their service but just as important as the actual work performed.Thanks

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. Billy arrived within the time frame expected. He was polite and patient with us which was appreciated since we are senior citizens and needed the extra explanations. He gave us a discount which was better than the coupon we presented. He offered to fix an additional leak, but we couldn't afford the additional $200.

Called Legend Plumbing for my water heater. The office was super friendly, and sent Mario to help fix the issue. After presenting me with a few options, he replaced my water heater and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up after and was all around a great experience. Will definitely use Legend Plumbing again.

I called HCP last summer to come out and replace my water pressure regulator that had gone bad. Not only were they on time, courteous and professional but the plumber, Kevin, and his helper also replaced my corroded water shut off valve at very little additional cost. They worked very quickly and had my water turned back on in only 30 minutes. I learned from neighbors who had the same work performed by other plumbing companies that they had paid almost twice for a WPR replacement than what Hill Country Plumbing charged me. I will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing problems.

Worst plumbing company in San Antonio. If zero stars were an option then that's what they'd get. I watched a friend struggle time and time again to communicate and resolve an issue from a permit they pulled for unlicensed workers. And instead of coming to fix the issue they demand payment in advance before even coming to look at the damage caused. It's amazing a company like this is allowed to exist. If a guy named Marin shows up with 20 guys in his truck you are in for a bad time. Keep an eye on your tools because they will walk away when his crew is around.
