I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. I’ll always keep his number handy.

Michael Garcia was a great technician. He explained my options and his suggestions to replace parts were spot on. I wasn’t sure if I was going to replace a part but eventfully I decided to change it and as a result I saw the part was not longer effective and damaged. It was a safety valve and I’m glad I changed it. Kept the family safe. No pressure sales just informative and allows the homeowner to decide what to approve. I highly recommend this company.

Ridiculously overpriced. Seems like they try to take advantage of people that are not familiar with plumbing and hvac. I was able to fix everything they quoted me for around $150. They were trying to charge me 7k for unnecessary hvac repairs (my ac is working flawlessly and does not need repairs) and 5k for plumbing. I did not need any of their “repairs” they were trying to sell me on. They try to use scare tactics and people’s vulnerability and lack of knowledge in order to get them to pay a lot of money. The technicians that came out are nice people but be aware, they are salesmen also which is why they are nice. My brother was home with the technicians because I was at work and my brother appeared to be more knowledgeable about the plumbing and hvac than the technician. After all the up selling and ludicrous estimates, the technician was trying to charge $400 for going out there. The goettl rep that I spoke to said it was only going to be a 89.99 service fee. I would have easily paid the $400 if there was actual work that was done. Nothing at all was done. The technicians just looked around. My brother is the one that did any of the labor work and found out where the leak was. I called this plumbing service because of the google rating was 4.8 out of 5 stars. Don’t be fooled by that. Stay away from this company. Use any local plumbing and hvac companies.

Alex arrived at the appointed time. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything that was going wrong with our system. We appreciated him providing us with different cost efficient options, that worked best for us. We know who to call for any future A/C or heating issues.

Pete was the professional I worked with. Great work! From scheduling to the actual appointment the end to end customer experience was excellent! I appreciate him explaining the issue with my shower which was not working properly and also thankful for the explanation of the different options how to repair. Will save their contact and most likely use them again. I have worked with two other plumber services and they were not as great as Anchor Plumbing Services!

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

An absolute pleasure to have Jeremy Bogue and Colin from A&A Plumbing here for a re-route of a failed hot water line to the kitchen today. In addition, replacing the pressure reducing valve out front of the house. The team over at A&A are highly trained, courteous, well organized and very reliable. From start to finish; an estimate given yesterday, (Saturday) and the work completed within two hours, (Sunday) I was more than impressed with their efficiency and craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company to anyone having any sort of plumbing issues.I'm new to this state and city, but quickly learned that there aren't many reputable companies you can trust with honest, hard working, reliable, customer satisfaction. I had an estimate done by another company prior to meeting with the team at A&A, something just wasn't right with the first company I'll leave nameless, but went with my gut and tried again. Please, if you have any doubt about a certain company, do yourself a favor; sit, relax and breath, we all work hard for our money, it's necessary to feel 100% comfortable with ANYONE coming into your home to do ANY sort of repairs. Do your homework, find reviews like this one, and get a second opinion if needed. I only wish I had met with A&A first, but they did not hesitate to pick up the slack of a lost day from meeting with this other company, getting the job done right the first time, in the time frame Jeremy had originally estimated.I am completely blown away with this hospitable, hard working duo/company and hope YOU have the pleasure of inviting them into your home if ever needed.Thank you so much, A&AJeff.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
