Gibson was able to dispatch someone last minute during the weekend to make sure that we had water to our home. I was very pleased with the level of service. Alberto and another plumber came on time (not at the end of the service window). Alberto provided me with two estimates based on different ways to resolve my issue and took time to explain each. Within a couple of hours, including time to get the replacement parts for an old faucet, the work was done. No more leak!

Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend we had a plumbing problem. The sewer line was clogged and water was backing up ... Nasty! I called Primo Plumbing and they had a plumber at my home in about 90 minutes. He put a long snake down the line and got rid of the clog. Sunday morning the same thing happened again. I called Primo Plumbing and a plumber was at the house within one hour. He used the snake again and this time cleared it well. We checked the sewer flow and it is draining well.The response on a weekend is one thing but to have that quick a response on a holiday weekend is superb.I commend them greatly.

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

Carlos came out within a couple hours of my call on a Saturday afternoon, found the leak, and had it all fixed up before dinner time. Also referred me to an equally fast-acting water damage restoration company who called the same day, came out to survey they damage, and started work Sunday morning. Great pricing, especially for an emergency service on a weekend. No gouging here. Will definitely use these guys again.edit: 08/01/2020 - Well, I had to use 'em again, and I can confidently say that my first experience was not a fluke. Carlos came out again within an hour of my call on a Saturday morning and had me fixed up quick for a downright reasonable price. Highly recommended!

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

I had somebody else look at my leaky pipes and we though it was fixed but it turns out they were still leaking. Fabian was able to come check out my sink last minute on that same day I contacted him and fix the leak no problem. He was even able to come later that same week and install my water softener. My sink is working great and I love my new water softener ? he did the work at a VERY fair price!

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.
