Called four times within a week to notify them that I had a water leak. First time I spoke to a rep, they told my if I was sure and to just monitor the water meter. Called a couple of days later, rep told me that I was going to get a call back - never happened. Called again and same thing - no call back. Today, called again, rep says that a tech would come out in the afternoon, never showed up. Spent the day waiting - not even a phone call to say that they wouldn't make it out.. Very poor service. My house is still under warranty.

I called Will’s Plumbing to request a repair associated with no drainage through the garbage disposal. Previously, I had been told by the repairman from Aramendia Plumbing company that it should be replaced for over $400 while he was doing another job with questionable high cost. I did not like the overcharge for the other repair and refused that Armenidia take care of the problem associated with the drainage of the garbage disposal. The repairman for Will’s said it was just a quick fix, cleaned out the loose P-trap and made an adjustment. There was nothing wrong with the garbage disposal. The total cost was only $39.95, included in the diagnostic fee.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...

Recently, I have relied on Guarantee Plumbing and AC, Inc. to perform some plumbing work, appliance installation and clogged sewer main. In both instances, the professional staff did excellent work for a reasonable price. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were punctual. Great customer service, appointments are easy to schedule, and they're always honest about how many people are ahead of us in the queue of appointments for the day, so we have a good idea of when to expect them. Daniel is our preferred technician and he does a great job communicating with us. I never feel like he rushes out of our appointment, he makes sure everything is done right! My plumber of 20 years passed away two years ago and I was searching for another plumber. I found Harold’s Plumbing quite by accident and have been very impressed with Omar. He was honest and really tried hard to get the object out of my toilet at my office. It was stuck and he worked trying to save me having to buy another toilet. In the end he tried everything and I had to buy another toilet. He explained things to me and I really appreciated his service. I also had to have him come to check a leak in my yard. He explained what the problem was and told me that I would do well working with a sprinkler company. He was able to turn the sprinkler water line off to not waste water. He didn’t have to do that and could’ve just walked away. He spend a moment to take care of part of the problem which speaks highly of his value system. It is good to find another reliable plumber that I can call on for whatever I need to have done at my home or office. I will recommend Harold’s Plumbing with no hesitation.

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

I hired this company for a rehab project thinking they are legitimate. Then I found out that the person performing the work is not actually licensed and the person named Jason Munoz just pulled a permit but left unlicensed workers to perform the job and they took $6000 and left the job undone . And when I called to ask why they disappeared. He said he has no idea who's performing the work he just pulls permits for random people and started cussing me out.When I told him this is illegal and he's being recorded he hung up . I will post the audio recording and will be sent to the city and the tx plumbers association for further investigation.

Hired to repair leak to water supply line. His repair to the supply line left my sprinkler system inoperable. Came back once to fix the sprinkler issue and never returned.
