I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel Levya with Gibson plumbing. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions! He was just so kind and helpful! Just all around one of those people that will go out of their way to help another person without thinking twice! Need more people like him in this world!! Gibson plumbing is lucky to have him as an employee!!

They were very quick and thorough, did exactly what was expected and were very friendly. I was considering doing the drain cleaning myself, but I am glad I didn't because it would have taken me a lot more time and money to figure out what they figured out in about an hour.

This company does temporary fixes. Just got home from work coming home to busted irrigation pipe they temporarily fixed it “obviously “ they charged me $5 for the part and $325 in labor. That’s because I had already exposed the pipe and drained the water out of the hole myself by the time their plumber got there. But because it’s been passed their 30 day warranty they can’t come out to fix the problem unless I pay more money. It’s very disappointing when I got my little ones at home who need to take their showers before bed ready for school tomorrow. I recommend not making your last call to this last call company.

I had urgent matter for replacing my Kitchen faucet this morning and called Harold plumbing and they came and fixed it and several more plumbing issues. They gave me outstanding services same day even with their full schedule. I am very happy with their services and kindness.

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

I would never use this company based on what I saw today at the local gas station. About 5 guys smoking a blunt at the gas pumps very openly. Not a good reflection on the business nor the owner.

If there was a way to give less than a one star rating I would. They were doing work outside of a place of business and ruined the hood of my car and my front window. This car still has paper tags on it and is brand new, when I called them to send someone to look at it the man they sent Robert Gonzales was rude and not helpful at all. He tried to tell me it was normal road damage. It is a brand new car and no it was not. They said someone else would be calling me back and they never did. I will be filling a suit against them for the damages.

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.
