Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. This was our second service call to Roto-Rooter (two different issues, it turns out). Even though it's SuperBowl Sunday, dispatch let us know a technician was on his way within 10 minutes of my placing the original call. The tech, Jeff M., arrived promptly. He courteously explained the problem as he found it and what he was going to do to repair. I felt like unlike a lot of plumbers, he never talked down at me -- he wanted me to really understand what had happened and why, which as a homeowner I appreciate. The cost was reasonable, especially considering it's Sunday, and he left a one-year guarantee so I have peace of mind.

The guys at air today are the best! My unit stopped blowing and cooling like normal, so I called them out to diagnose it. It's a 20 year old unit and while I hoped I could get another year out of it, it was done. They were able to install a whole new unit the same day. I was impressed how quick the process was.

He gave us advice over the phone which is more than I can say about most companies today. He seemed very honest in his response. I would definitely consider using him in the future.
