Alex was very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with the AC Unit at my mother in laws house. He checked in on her and even offered to let her borrow a window unit until the repairs could be made later that week. Initially we thought we needed to replace the whole unit but once they realized it was a smaller issue they were honest and informed us that we didn't need a new unit. Couldn't be more impressed with Roy Adame. He deserves more than five stars. Came out to give me an estimate to replace a 35 year old R22 system because i was told that the compressor was bad. He asked if he could troubleshoot it and sure enough he had it cooling again in less than 1 hour. He changed the situation that my wife and I would have to make a $20k decision by the end of the week to a less than a $500 repair. Thank you for your time and knowledge Roy and don't forget to get that free meal at my wife's restaurant.

I got a great deal on Groupon! As soon as I requested service, they called me right away to set up an appt. I received several reminders via call/text/email. Alex showed up during the scheduled time, shortly after receiving a text that the tech was on their way (even included a pic of the tech). He was quick to get to work after introducing himself and finished fast. He showed up in a mask and left it on the entire time. Did a review of his findings of my AC tune up and topped off the freon for free (as part of Groupon deal) before he left. Very satisfied with this service.

Called them and they came out the same day to evaluate my plumbing situation at my home. The first visit didn’t fix my situation called back same day and they immediately set me up for an appointment first thing in the morning. Their staff was very timely and reps from their HQ are constantly updating you on the estimated arrival times. Their staff in person are extremely professional and polite. Extremely courteous and vest of all very knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and went over and beyond to provide their services to their best of their knowledge on their plumbing services & exceeded my expectations. John, Ruben, Jonathan and Greg went over and beyond to diagnose the real problem. Provided me with a payment plan I could afford and i plan to use them in the near future and definitely recommended.

My wife and I were house sitting for our son and daughter-in-law, and became concerned with one of the hot water heaters . The response and diagnosis of both water heaters and a bathroom faucet was fantastic. Heaters and parts ordered and all installed in two days. We have good plumbers in PA, but San Antonio should be proud of this company. Brian and Bobby serviced our sons house in Alamo Heights like we have never experienced. Knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We can't thank them enough for the very efficient and pleasant service provided. Just awesome.

The service was A+, 10/10, but my concern was with them trying to access my PayPal to make the payment. I’ve been sitting with this question for a few days now and I’m still confused as to why they thought this was ok. Why don’t you all have a reputable payment system? The audacity to ask for the code for my PayPal has me flabbergasted and concerned. Although the service was by far the best service I’ve received in a while, extremely reliable and informative, this payment situation leaves me hesitant to reach out again.
