I called them for a faucet that was leaking in my tub it was an emergency call and my first call to them was at 6 :15 pm they told me 2hour wait so I waited but after two hours nobody showing up or calling me back, I called them after two hours again they told me they were still coming out, so I waited another two hours go by and still no call back or service guy so I called again now it's 10pm they told me that the service was on a job and we would be next I asked the question is he still coming out because if he wasn't I was going to sleep he said that they were still coming out and take care of me now it's 10:45 pm I get a call that there service guy was coming which his name was Jose I said ok I'll wait for him then I get a call to tell me that Jose was all muddy up from his last job and was going to go home and get cleaned up before came out and should be at my house around 1 am I told I would wait then Jose called around midnight and to that he could not come out and fix the faucet Jose told that he been at work since 6 am and that he got the page at midnight and he could come out right then I cancelled the service call after being strung along for 7 hours I will never use this company for anything .

We called mid-afternoon for our commercial doctor's office and Artemio was able to get to us that same evening. He and Leo were both here and were able to diagnose quickly, using a camera to find the clog and relieved the problem immediately. They were very professional, they are honest guys, and I would highly recommend them!

I called up A&A about a possible water leak. Was able to get someone to come out like the next day or so. David came out and tested and we did in fact have a leak under the foundation somewhere. We ended up having the whole house repiped. We got what I think to be a really good deal. David was very professional and took the necessary Covid 19 precautions. He could even take a good razzing from my husband.Dale came out with his team and did a fantastic job. He was also very professional and thankfully could take the razzing from my hubby as well. We did have an issue in our main shower where there was a reoccurring noise whenever you turned on any faucet or flushed a toilet. This was to no fault of Dale and his team. Dale come out on several occasions, poor guy, and troubleshooted the problem and was able to get it resolved.I was upset at first but Patrick did everything in his power to make things right regarding the noise. As the noise wasn’t something we had prior to the repipe. BUT as I mentioned this was no fault of Dale or Patrick.The work they did was top notch and they always made sure to clean up at the end of each day.OH! and Tracy was my best friend. Lol during the repipe she was the first call i would get in the morning letting me know Dale and his team were being dispatched to my house. The ladies in the front office are awesome!Would highly recommend!!!Tanya
