Best Broken Drain Pipe in San Antonio TX

Came out within a couple hours of our call. As he worked, he uncovered that the problems were more extensive than we originally thought. He ended up needing to dig a hole about 2-3 feet in diameter and replace several fittings and damaged pipes as well as the main pressure regulator (the original service need). The added repairs added significantly less than we expected to the original quote for just the regulator. He also fixed some errors that were made when they built the home. I wholeheartedly recommend American Auger Plumbing!

Excellent service in fact incredible. Called them at 10:30 am on Mothers Day and in an hour they arrived on site and within 2 hours removed old water heater and had an mew on installed. Reasonably priced, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company if you need a water heater replaced. Fantastic experience.

Mike and his partner replaced my water heater on a Sunday. They were extremely professional and kind. They did an excellent job and took their time explaining the work they as they did it. They always asked if what they needed to do was ok before the proceeded. You could ask for better service. I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them to others.

Their employees drive through our city passing red lights at 7:15 in the morning putting not only my life in danger but yours and our children lives as well .

Used Juan’s Plumbing to have a brand new water heater installed a couple of years ago and again recently to have a part replaced on the same water heater. The purpose for this review is to commend staff members, of A & A Plumbing, who assisted me on 6/21, and 6/22/2022. My initial call, was to apprise the receptionist of a concern regarding my water softener. I advised her, (I failed to record her name) that I had drained and refilled the brine with salt and wanted to ensure the softener was functioning properly and appropriate settings made. She replicated my request without missing a beat. An appointment was scheduled for the following day.I received a phone call as promised, indicating the technician was enroute to my location. Prior to their arrival, I obtained an email, picture identification and credentials of the responding technician. Upon entering the residence Kyle introduced himself along with his assistant. Following a brief discussion of my issue, Kyle stated he would complete a preliminary assessment and report his findings. In the interim the assistant checked the water for hardness, announcing all was well. A short time later, Kyle provided his evaluation. He related the Softener is working okay. He went on to relate, that he made a couple of minor adjustments to the unit. I might add, Kyle checked my water pressure and hot water heater.In summary, it is my hope that the four (4) staff personnel be located and apprised of my personal thank you! your professionalism and businesslike attitude will no doubt retain many returning customers, including me.The email notification alone with picture Identification and credentials is an outstanding idea.
