Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. We needed our kitchen faucet replaced. Steve is a very kind gentleman and was efficient and professional with his work. He made sure I was satisfied with how the faucet was sitting before he completed the installation. That was unexpected, but I liked his consideration.

We are in the process of adding on 1700 sf to our 6000 sf veterinary clinic and retained Comfort-Air Engineering to design our rather unique HVAC requirements as well as electric and plumbing. I met with the principal engineer and he was quite responsive to our unusual air conditioning needs and completed the adjustments needed in a timely manner. We have a very busy practice with a very compartmentalized building and many closed doors,very heavy hair and lint load, and large numbers of people in fairly small spaces with heavy heat load from time to time in certain areas. I feel like he addressed our unique needs in a very professional manner. I would recommend them highly.

I recently purchased an old home with major plumbing problems. Rene and his team quickly replaced my gas water heater. They explained every piece of the process to me and made me feel at ease regarding this event. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber. From small to large issues, they can access and recommend the best plan of action for your home.

The technicians are friendly. However the technicians are more sales persons than plumbers: (1) The $289 diagnosis fee is totally a rip off. The whole diagnosis simply involved opening a tiny hole on dry wall, and poking in a LED camera for some inconclusive images. Anchor Plumbing will refund 50% of this $289 diagnosis fee if they are haired for the project. Apparently, the company uses this $289 fee as bait, so that customers will spend more money with them. (2) the technicians are well trained to take advantage of customer's insufficient knowledge in plumbing and eagerness to have the issues fixed. The technicians saved no effort guiding customers to believe blooming a couple hundred-dollar small repair into thousands of dollars large repair is a better option. Anchor Plumbing has no interest to work on a small project, unless customers accept their inflated proposal. It is clear Anchor Plumbing prioritizes their interest over customer's. Please have a second thought before reaching out to Anchor Plumbing.

These guys are awesome! I had them put an electrical outlet above my fireplace and mount my 85 TV. They did an outstanding job! At the end of the job, they noticed that the little plastic faceplate on the outlet had a crack in it, they drove all the way to the store to buy a new one and came back and installed it. A faceplate that you will never even see! That says attention to detail, quality workmanship and good business ethics to me! I will use them for all my electrical and plumbing needs!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

They came to perform a static test after some foundation work. They had to install a cleanout in the front of the house under our flower bed. The guy I originally talked to said they would dig up the plants and put them back although they couldn't guarantee their survival, and I said that was fine. They didn't dig up the plants and instead trampled them all to death. The guy on the phone was nice enough to issue a refund. Then the guy that came to perform the static test had to remove one of the toilets to do so, and when he did he installed a new wax seal over the wax from the current one which caused wax to spew out from under the toilet on all sides and caused it to leak when you flushed it. My husband and I had to reinstall the toilet after scraping nasty wax off of our floor. It also ruined all the lenolium around our toilet (which we were planning on replacing eventually, just not right this second...so now our bathroom looks even worse than it already did)...the same guy complained when we tried to use a coupon we printed from the company's website.

AA Plumbing was reasonably priced and easy to work with. They set a narrow window of time and called me before arriving. They wore shoe protectors into my home and explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. I would recommend AA Plumbing and the representative Ryan to my friends and family.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
