I had a major plumbing issue happen in the evening that I could not handle. I had been referred to RBP through a family member, so I texted Mr. Mitchell in the evening & he promptly responded. We setup an appointment for the next morning. He was early & very professional. He worked hard to fix my plumbing issue & even gave me advice on how to prevent further backups in the future. Definitely recommend!

The service techs came by promptly and reinstalled three toilets. They left the work areas clean and everything works great. They’re very professional and courteous. I’m very pleased with their service.

Chris from Roto-Rooter came out late on a Saturday night to replace an outside water faucet that we broke off accidentally. He worked quickly and did a professional job! We would recommend Roto-Rooter anytime!!!

Anchor Plumbing Services provided quick and friendly service to our leaky showerhead. I called and was able to get them out the next morning. The serviceman seemed knowledgeable and gave a price on the spot for the part to be replaced. He ran to the shop to pick up the part and had everything ready to go shortly after. From the time he got here to when he left all took about an hour (including the time he left to pick the part up). We'll be calling them in the future for other plumbing problems. Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Gene was professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and explained the next steps to repair the issues with my sewer plumbing under the slab.

These guys were amazing. David and his apprentice were courteous and so respectful. They wore mask the entire time. They offered to remove their shoes for working in a utility area for a sink install. They did amazing work and cleaned up everything. They started on-time and finished quickly. This isn’t our first time using A&A Plumbing and it won’t be our last for any plumbing needs we may have. Great company, great plumbers and second to none customer service.

We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.
