The gentleman that came to the house I wish I remembered his name was professional and new his job very well. He came in checked the issue and figured out the problem fixed it I thought it was more of a problem than it was saved me money and and was gone. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I just have to mention and comment on the excellent customer service and AC install that the Fast company recently did on my condo. It was last minute and I had new clients coming in the next day. I was very worried that it wasn't going to get done and that clients would have no AC, but Ty did the evaluation and went above and beyond to make sure my demands were met with no issues what so ever. Clients were happy with the condo and expressed cold AC and well, another satisfied customer on both ends. Thanks for saving the day and Ty, thank you addressing my urgent needs. Would recommend this company and team anytime.

They were all very experienced workers, clearly explaining their plans to me for each day while they replaced my entire plumbing. They fixed what FOUR plumbers gave up on. I've never had a serviceman give up before, but apparently I have tricky pipes and the previous ones couldn't navigate them even with a camera. CW sent a magician who did it without a camera and never gave up until the problem was resolved.

This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

Leaking kitchen faucet. The original quote just over $700. $299 for 2 hours laber. They charge $150 an hour plus $400 for a $130 faucet. They also charge you the hourly rate for going to a store to get you a new faucet. Find another company!!!!

Tried calling to get a quote on a job to tie an AC drain line into a tub drain ay a point inside the house where drywall was already exposed. Woman that answered claimed that the plumber does not do any digging outside. Was trying to explain to her that I was wanting it connected at a point inside the house where lines were exposed and about 10 inches next to each other but she kept saying it was digging outside and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back a few times but she hung up everytime! Poor customer service!
