Sonny found the leak within 10 minutes. It was located outside near the wall where the main water line enters the house. Very professional and friendly service. I highly recommend using them for identifying the location of water leaks in your home.

Had Slaughter Plumbing come out again today for like the 3rd or 4th time. They are always just great. Had a clogged tub drain issue. Old house thought it was the mechanism and going to be a major cut through the wall issue. But it wasn’t and he worked his magic. And also replaced the guts in our toilet they were getting squeaky. Under warranty. And showed me how to disconnect the sink plunger to make for easier cleaning. In and out in like 25 mins. Jeff was our technician. Supe Nice and friendly. And professional. The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Jonathan Brown was very prompt, courteous, and explained what he was doing and why. I wish all sales people repair people, etc. would be as kind as he was.

Low cost estimate but very high cost for repair. $300 to replace the flexible line. Crazy price for a/c also. They are more interested in selling a preventive package then doing the repair. Not happy with them.

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

So after calling a big name company for my repair they never showed up!! So I went through and found PlumbGreat Plumbing!! Charles the owner showed up on time did a fantastic job on a repair and a clean up of what was a ugly previous repair!! Very professional and fair price!

I had looked to Google for recommendations for pluming service. They are 1st people I called. They give you UP FRONT PRICING...and VERY QUICK SERVICE. I tried to call other places to give me a quote and they would not do it.

A man name Trent came by he showed me his card before coming in the house. He fixed my sink without a problem. I needed a new part,and he provided to me for free. EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT.... I would definitely use them again. And they are highly recommended.
