This is exactly what I was looking for. He was on time listened to our concerns and found the leak. I would definitely recommend this company if you want peace of mind and to resolve your issue.

We called Leland because we used a leak detection company and they said that we had a hot water leak underneath the floor between the dishwasher and the cabinet.
Steve came out and pulled out the dishwasher and drilled a hole only to find no leak. Steve was amazing, he was able to find the leak, he was methodical and conscience of the fact that he would be as gentle on our home as possible. We were amazed how efficient and calm Steve was, he listened to us and waited patiently while we filled him in on some of the past work that was done on the house. This is why he found the leak, in spite of the fact that we called the leak guy back out when Steve was there, and the leak guy told Steve it was under the cabinets. I will tell my friends and family to use this service and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs! We all need our go to trusting plumber and this company is top notch. Oh and they are fair and their fees are more than reasonable. Thank you Leland and Steve!

An awesome experience with Charles Thompson. We had a Master Bathroom Sink Galvanized Water discharge pipe which had rotted away due to age. Hard to get to.. within cinder block wall. Big Dirty Job on an extremely hot day. Charles was prompt to respond to our request, was very reasonable on price, was courteous and took care of our home and very pleasant to communicate with. If you're looking for an honest plumber with integrity............keep looking, it ain't these guys. They quoted me $359 to install a water heater I had purchased at Home Depot. I asked if they could pick it up on their way here(5.4 miles). They said sure, no problem. Arriving at my house he (his name was Matt) told me there was a $115 delivery fee. Hmmmm, no mention of that when the price was quoted or when I asked if they could pick it up. A short time later he told me he couldn't install it because of the wiring (same wiring that has been o.k. for the 32 years and 3 previous water heaters). I said o.k., I'll find someone else to install it. Then he said I would have to pay $225 for him to re-connect the water to the house. When I threatened to call my lawyer he re-connected it. It was a matter of turning two faucets (one at the water meter,one on top of the water heater) and took less than 5 minutes. A sleazy attempt to get some of my money before leaving. Another plumber came out the next day and installed the water heater without any problem and charged me half of what these scam artists wanted. Advanced Plumbing is exactly the kind of place you want to stay away from. Don't let these guys in your house!
