I had looked to Google for recommendations for pluming service. They are 1st people I called. They give you UP FRONT PRICING...and VERY QUICK SERVICE. I tried to call other places to give me a quote and they would not do it.

A man name Trent came by he showed me his card before coming in the house. He fixed my sink without a problem. I needed a new part,and he provided to me for free. EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT...EXCELLENT.... I would definitely use them again. And they are highly recommended.

Wow. Talk about customer service. We had a plumbing emergency at our house and my neighbor told us about Slaughter plumbing. I explained the situation and the girl said she thought she had a plumber in our neighborhood and would call his cell to see when he could be at my property. Within 15 minutes Paul was at my house and examining the problem. Within another 30 minutes another plumbing technician showed up and the problem was fixed within the hour. These guys were courteous and professional. I am so grateful to my neighbor for sharing this incredible service oriented company. He explained everything he would be doing then explained again what needed to be done to mitigate anything that needed attention on our AC system. I called CW plumbing and they were at my house within 2 hours of initial contact. Very open with communication, answers calls /text quickly. Mr. Henry was at my door with a smile on his face and provided quick excellent service. Ryan was very professional and polite and the job looked very nice and was well done when completed. I would give 5 stars for that. But Everyday Plumbers are advertised as fair and reasonable rates and I was charged $197 an HOUR, plus parts to replace the old water valves/box so Lowes could come back and install my new washer. I paid almost $600 for this Service call and Im still upset about the exhorbant hourly rate. Lesson learned to ask this question ahead of time!

Cass plumbing replaced a hot water heater. The equipment they used was different from the initial quote. They never discussed this change with me. I also later found out (when I had a 4 point inspection done) that the cpvc coming out of the pressure relief valve was not to code as it ended more than 6 inches from the ground (it was a foot or so off of the ground). This could have caused someone to get scolded with hot water. Apparently their installers don't understand plumbing codes or just don't care. They also used shark bites on the plumbing to connect to copper. Apparently shark bites should only be used as a temporary solution as told by a licensed professional. I had to have both of these items remediated by another plumber.
