The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Jordan came over to help me fix the leak that was beneath the kitchen sink when I discovered it. He was polite and friendly, and he treated my home with a great deal of respect at all times. He did not show any reluctance in responding to any of my inquiries and thoroughly explained what he was doing to me. Both the repair and Jordan left a significant impression on me. He saved the day when he not only sourced a Gas Tankless Water Heater he installed it Thanksgiving week before I had guests arriving for the holiday!
