I was having a issue with a leak. Jeremy came right out and was able to find the leak in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I can not thank him enough.

The company was responsive and schedule my backflow inspection in a reasonable amount of time. Their price to repair the issue, however, was very high. I later found a plumber who would have done the work for $150 less than Everydayplumber charged. Their low cost trip charge came with a high repair cost.

Webb detected a slab leak for us. We called him when we could hear water running but didn’t have anything turned on. He located the problem and went over options on ways we could fix. He had great referrals depending on which route we wanted. Webb was upfront about why he liked each of them and what to expect. He also called the referrals for us and explained our problem. We talked with two of them, both highly rated on google and each process was efficient and felt comfortable. It became evident that Webb is a respected member of this local industry. Antonio Alicea was nothing short of amazing! He came in to our real estate office that was literally raining inside. He called for leak detection, and disaster recovery as he knew that the scope of my water issues were large and needed special attention He worked diligently over the next 5 hours to find the source, stop the water and fix the offending drain! I had a leak in my water line, I called OSE. They came out quick and did the leak detection and fixed the leak. Most company’s do not repair if they offer leak detection so we were happy that OSE was able to do both.

I am extremely happy with this service! My sink had been spewing back sludge since Friday night and my regular plumber didn't show up. I called Graywater Plumbing on Monday morning, and despite the fact that he'd had a full day's work in a hot attic, he came out that evening at 7:00 p.m. Jeremy was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the problem, fixed it quickly, and even gave me a 90 day guarantee. Will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Nick from Proflo plumbing was superb! I called him in a panic as my kitchen sink was leaking and I couldn't operate easily in the kitchen which at this point is critical as I am caring for someone that is ill. The next day, he arrived on time and he was very courteous. What I thought was a drainage problem was actually more and required replacement of the garbage disposal which I had planned to do at a later date. Nick could have easily fixed the drainage problem, collected my money and then come again and charged me for the garbage disposal. However, he was extremely honest and said that fixing the drainage problem without the garbage disposal is dishonest and wouldn't solve any problems in the long run. We agreed and he charged a minimal incremental fee to replace the garbage disposal with the new one I had already purchased.

I was so pleased with his work that I also asked him to help me install a new faucet and fix a leak in the bathroom which he stayed an extra hour to do.

We are senior citizens so sometimes it takes us longer to understand what's going on and make decisions. Nick had patience and took the time to explain everything with us which I greatly appreciate! I wouldn't hesitate to call Nick from Proflo Plumbing again and refer him to others.
