Best Water Leak Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

On time.. personable.. found the leak and the plumber only had to remove one piece of travertine tile even though the small leak in the copper pipe was 2 feet deep!..

I had two friendly and knowledgeable plumbers show up in a timely fashion to repair some low flow, and slow drain issues that I was not able to resolve with basic knowledge and equipment. They were very polite, professional and did great work. ALL my issues were resolved (even some more involved defects) in a short order for a reasonable price. (I have worked in the trades in my early years and have a better appreciation than most for the skill sets and such). I would highly recommend this company. Everyone from Stacy at the office, to Ray and his associate who came out to do the job, were awesome. I'm very pleased.

I have used this company for the last 15 years, I have always found them fair and reasonable until recently.
Beware of their mark up practices on parts. I honestly think the service person charges whatever they want.
For example I was charged 180 dollars for 1 1/2 hrs labor and for a service call. No problem, but then I was charged 120 dollars for 4 shut off valves, 3 sleeves and 1 90 degree elbow. My jaw hit the floor. I expected a healthy mark up, but not at this level. These shut off valves are 8.95 at Home Depot. Lesson learned, I'll buy my own parts next time or I'll shop around for a more reputable plumber company.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Re-routed house water lines into attic, due to continual pin hole slab leaks in our copper piping. They were in and out, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Having Stan now run water to my dock..

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate.
